The only thing you have on your side is your own opinion; but there is no substance to it, just your own prejudicial bias. Your every post confirms it.

Its not the child but the government of the parent that determines alligance and citizenship. For instance Cruz was a Canadian citizen at birth . Tell me by simply renouncing it a few years back he has no Canadian influence in his life. Again the reason for the war of 1812 was the British taking sailors off our ships because under British law they were British subjects.

As Ive mentioned many times Congress can make anyone it chooses a citizen. If it takes a stutute to make you a citizen you can not be an NBC

    Its not complicated

ok. he has no Canadian influence in his life.
so what? other countries laws are irrelevant inside US borders.
to which I've refuted "then there is no such thing as a natural born citizen, as it took an act of congress to create the united states"
I know. but you're a birther, and therefore impervious to facts or reality.

Your wrong. I bet you will claim Obama living in Indonesia and being exposed to Islam had no effect on his thinking.

So then is US law irrelevant in the borders of Canada? It goes both ways.

So now you are claiming no one can run for president and that the founders made a requirement that can not be met. :roflol:

Im not a birther. I never denied Obama or Cruz or Rubio are US citizens at birth. I claim thats not what the constitution requires. Again the vast majority of US citizens are NBCs using the definition I give.

Correct. He lived there for 4 years as a toddler.

US jurisdiction is irrelevant in Canada. US citizenship laws still apply when they are on US soil.
No, I'm pointing out how moronic your argument is.

    Of course you are.
Which makes you a birther. And you have been proven wrong.
    Nope.
