Israel stopped these qustionable dealings that Jordan made. Those questionable dealings violated Hague Convention.

The British were enforcing international law as part of the League of Nations created & sanctioned Mandate for Palestine. Jordan simply continued this practise.

According to the Jordanian Trading with the Enemy Ordinance, 1939 (which was influenced from the British Trading with the Enemy Ordinance) said that the status of the Jewish lands in the West Bank need to kept, like the Hague Convention. said. BUT when Jordan started to give these kind of lands to a third side (probably Arabs) , the they violated what was written in the Hague Convention. Or in other words- Jordan violated International law.

The Jews only owned a very small portion of the West Bank before Jordan conquered it.

 

And all the state lands that Jordan was incharge of until 1967, was from 1967 under Israeli responsibility, like the rest of the West Bank.

State Land is required to be used for the benefit of all.

Israel has built infrastructure in the benefit of Arabs as well as Jews in the West Bank. Even the UN itself recognized it and wrote it in thier report from September 2012.
