Fine by me. Condoms have been available to men in men's rooms everywhere for longer than I can remember. I never heard a man complain because it wasn't free.

Hell yes that would be ok! Let’s face it, the majority of people who have kids probably shouldn’t, or at least have them much later then they originally did.

BC pills are dirt cheap btw, people can buy their own. So it’s not birth control that you want specifically, it’s getting someone else to pay for it by force that gets you all excited isn’t it? Yes it is.

Yeah guess I should have made that clearer in my post, I naturally assumed all women already knew that about many men who only care about getting laid and don't worry about the outcome. It was meant to be a back up not the main plan. Someone mentioned earlier about birth control only being 98% and to that I said any number of methods can be used at the same time to guard against pregnancy so they don't opt to murder babies ....including the use of the morning after pill as another option.

If birth control fails, the woman will in question won’t know she’s pregnant until after the window to use the morning after pill has already closed.

More to the point, the morning after pill is an abortifacient.

So your solution is to kill them before anyone might have to care for them? That is so compassionate of you.

fyi, abortion is not a contraception and some abortions make it difficult to get pregnant later because the uterus wall is scraped. no one uses abortion as a contraceptive, that is complete rw bs.

BC pills are not only used for birth control. Why don't you want them covered by insurance?

They are so clueless they think getting an abortion is like getting the oil in your car changed. Lol

Exactly. A guy shouldn't give in to the temptation without understanding the potential consequences.

    Yes.

I also think BC pills should be available over-the-counter.

When you say 50 million, are you talking about 25 million couples? And does that number leave out all the same sex couples that aren't actually having normal sex that can lead to reproduction?

well i am hoping they can perfect the operation of removing the zygote or the first few weeks are store/freeze them until later. that will at least give people the chance to ponder their decision or the religious zealots can take it and raise them themselves.

the ones that wont even although that are the ones that want the power only.

Personally I think to be safe to completely ensure against pregnancy one should take a birth control pill along with using a second form of birth control method such as condoms or IUD. If in doubt and not on birth control or have been raped, one should use the morning after pill. But bear in mind those are only 95% so although it'll probably work, it may not and therefore a responsible CARING person should have the child and then adopt it out if they don't want. Many places now don't ask and you can just turn the baby in no questions asked. And in cases when you can trust your significant other to have a vasectomy until the time is right, would be a consideration as well.

I don't have enough fingers and toes to count the number of women that I have known over the years who have used an abortion to "solve" their problematic pregnancy. And by problematic, I mean, unintentional, inconvenient, or flat out selfish career minded goal that terminated their pregnancies via abortion.

Only 4% of abortions are because of rape, incest, or life threatening condition. What are the other 96% of abortions being done for? Oh, because they want to control their birth. AKA, morning after pill is an abortion medicine that kills the baby too.

I deleted the rest of your post because it is all based on your initial fallacy - the defacto assumption that a baby exists in the early stages of pregnancy. This is an assumed premise fallacy.

First prove that this claim is true and we can then look at the rest of your post.

Who is them ? Do you weep at night for the skin cells you killed while typing messages. "its human life" .... what a tragedy.

Your solution is to a let a baby be created out of an accidental pregnancy and then not care for that baby.

    Hahaha, nice!

This is literally verbatim why Democrats have been losing since 2010. This type of debate and social rhetoric started at that time and has evolved into nothing more than silencing tactics against those who think differently.

Thank god it is getting slaughtered. I look forward to rational discussions again.

Roe V Wade should and will not be overturned. Would never be support in the public to do so.

I look forward to when this feminism kick gets turned into true equality. I think that men should have the same decision to abort control of a baby that women do.

Once it is no longer in and part of a woman's body, it is just as much a man's' creation as it is a womans'. I think that both humans who created it should have an equal opportunity to claim a "mulligan" and not have to raise a child if they don't want to.

IUDs require a prescription and are out of the range for poor people, especially when Conservatives do everything in their power to gut Planned Parenthood, one of the few places where poor women could get them cheaply.

Condoms and hormonal birth control both fail.

I assume you support having the government pay for all care of poor pregnant women so they can properly care for their pregnancy and have it be viable long enough for their to be an adoption yes?

Condoms are what, 90-something-percent effective, and so is the pill.... Honestly, mathematically, what are the actual odds of a pregnancy for a responsible couple properly utilizing both?

As many as 100 million acts of sexual intercourse a day, times 365 days a year.

Chances of birth control and condom failure can be astronomically small and still result in millions of unwanted, unexpected pregnancies.
