    SCOTUS will overturn. There is nothing illegal about the Commander in Chief declaring a state of emergency, under the National Emergencies Act of 1976, and judges cannot overrule him on this.

    But he is turning out to be more than what I could have imagine. Way better than GWB, McCain, or Romney.

    So we both agree that it's zero for each case. But in reality, we know that "zero" is an unattainable number. So in reality, it is our obligation as a society to try to reduce the numbers of murders to as low a number as possible. We can probably agree on that.

    One way to do that is to prevent illegal immigrants from crossing into this country. If we could stop some murderers from entering the country, that would reduce the number of murders in our country. If physical barriers combined with robust surveillance and apprehension resources stopped some murders from happening in this country, wouldn't that be worth it?

    Incidentally, “Is English not a strong language for you?” Is not a correctly built English phrase. Where did you learn you English... in Moscow skrul? Sure sounds like it.
