Obama could have gone down in history as a great president - if he had had the courage to condemn illegal Israeli MOD EDIT>>>RULE 3<<< in the West Bank and Jerusalem, along with the other fourteen members of the United Nations Security Council. Instead, he will be remembered as a good president who had the courage to abstain in the face of vicious criminal opposition.
    http://www.haaretz.com/israel-news/LIVE-1.760936
This,of course, is a momentous decision on the part of a US administration. The world knows that Washington is saturated with criminal neoZionists and that Congressmen and Senators alike are in the pockets of AIPAC and the World Zionist Organisation. These are demonstrable facts. Now lets see if ordinary Americans- that's YOU, folks, prefer to be aligned with the just and moral movements of this world that we share or if they prefer to side with the assassins , thieves and brutal ethnic cleansers of an Israeli society which, every day, becomes more fascist, more marginalized and delegitimized simply because of an arrogance and greed fostered by previous US administrations.

Clinton would never have had the courage. Sanders would.

It's rather obvious where your allegiance lie.

Here is where I stand and why I stand, since you made a challenge based on your persuasion.

The middle East and it's "ownership" of land has come and gone on "who owns what" 21 times since the beginning of recorded. time.http://www.mapsofwar.com/ind/imperial-history.html

Who has controlled the Middle East over the course of history? Pretty much everyone. Egyptians, Turks, Jews, Romans, Arabs, Persians, Europeans...the list goes on. Who will control the Middle East today? That is a much bigger question.

However, what I will say, is that the land is yours unless you can't keep it, which is why land throughout the world has changed hands so many times. That leads me to this answer: If the palestinians can take the land, then they have the right to keep it. If the Israelis can keep the land, then they can remain. That has been history's great challenge throughout time, is who can keep what they conquer or occupy or however you would like to define it.

All of the middle east has ganged up on Israel and tried to take it from them, only to get their ass kicked and actually end up losing more. israel gives back land they had taken only to have kitusha rockets lobbed at them.

Germany tried to conquer Europe and got it handed to them and their country got split in two, because of it.
Russia tried to own all the satellite countries after ww2 only to find out that they couldn't afford them.
The American indians lost the entire USA because they couldn't keep it. The monguls lost much of their empire, the Japanese, and on and on and on..

So, with that being said, call the jews whatever you like, but I would rather deal with a known factor that can be civil, rather than deal with a complete ideology that is stuck in the 7th century that can't seem to get along anywhere in the world with anyone. Germany and all of Europe is now see in what kind of thanks they get for trying to help.

Your muslims do not want to get along, they do not want to assimilate, they do not want to share, they only want complete and utter destruction of anyone who is not of them and what they believe. They can not be reasoned with as their book will not allow it. They can not be trusted because they will be just as happy slicing your throat. They want nothing but world dominance, all heads bowing to lala, and killing all infidels that their book tells them to kill.

No jew is perfect, no christian is perfect, no atheist is perfect, in fact, no one is perfect. However, everyone else seems to find ways to get along without the constant threat of government supported ideology that wants nothing but to kill and destroy.

Israel not perfect, but the better choice over anything muslim.

This is a difficult subject because on the one side we have Muslims who see the loss of territory as being a humiliation towards Islam...something which changes Islam from a purely religious faith to a political system with nationalist and expansionist agendas... And on the other side is Israel which is left with no choice but to oppose them for its own survival... and yet in doing so exceeds all acceptable boundaries of humanity.

It doesn't take courage to condemn Israel. It takes courage to support Israel considering the enemies you make in doing so. Of course, supporting those who would kill you for being Jewish, gay, Christian, American, etc, only shows a hatred for Israelis/Jews.

Loss of legitimate territory would be humiliating for any nation. Further, Arabs are people first, religious people thereafter. Christianity, for example, would not become ' politicized ' because some Christians had their territory stolen.
Israel has no need to steal territory from its neighbors in order to survive. The legitimate state of Israel is protected by international law. It is the theft itself which threatens Israel.

The definition of rogue nation: a state that does not respect other states in its international actions.

I expect Trump and his extremist settler ambassador will have some handy laws implemented to silence dissent.

Remember, No Blue Helmeted U.N. forces ever guaranteed Israel's "Right To Exist"
as established by a 2/3rds General Assembly vote.

Indeed, Remember when U.N. forces in Gaza returned confiscated rockets to the terrorists.

Israel has every moral reason to ignore the U.N. as the U.N. has Israeli security.
    Bravo Israel!

BTW if an Arab or Palestinian may be a land owner and citizen of Israel,
What about Israelis, or Non Israeli Jews owning land and being citizens of Palestine?

This final act of Obama's backstabbing of Israel, symbolic as it is, has once again demonstrated his vengeful, spineless, mean-spirited personality.... Well, no wonder that despite the total lack of accomplishments benefitting the American people, he is so beloved by spineless, mean-spirited, angry and vengeful libs. He represents them well.

Meaningless, unless the Palestinians learn to build Merkava's they have a snow ball chance in hell of ever achieving Islamic rule over the Jewish State Israel.

Question. If the jews in Israel are....assassins , thieves and brutal ethnic cleansers of an Israeli society which, every day, becomes more fascist, more marginalized and delegitimized simply because of an arrogance and greed...what do you call the palestians who elected hamas, a terrorist organization that has in its charter eradicating the jews from Israel? Kinda impossible to deal with such people on the Palestinian side, right? Until this paradigm changes, there is no hope for settling the issues.

With that said, these jewish settlements on palestian land is just wrong, and the cons in Israel are responsible for it. I never understood the reason for it, unless it was to keep a two state solution forever impossible. Yet so far the palestians have not shown to be responsible enough to even be worthy of their own state. For example electing hamas.

Those that desire their own state shouldn't vote for politicians who most strongly share their desires ? How so ?

And that's the sad truth. Islamic fanatics are no worse than other fanatics, but there does seem to be a whole support structure in place in which they're allowed to not just exist but flourish. It's extremely dangerous when this type of fanaticism becomes the rule rather than the exception, when organizations like Hamas and ISIS are given legitimacy by a large group of people within the context of a particular social structure. Islam needs to be reformed; until that happens, it is much too dangerous an ideology, and we need to oppose it by any means necessary.

Obama's drift into irrelevance cannot happen soon enough.

Agreed. Israel has managed to reach a peaceful understanding with Jordan and Egypt. The reason it hasn't been able to reach such an agreement with the Palestinians has more to do with unreasonable Palestinian leadership than with anything Israel has done (or any stupidity brought about through the U.N.).

Great clarity, Moon!! It all seems so complicated until someone like you comes along and makes it plain, simple and understandable.
BUT,... Israel wants all of the Palestinians' land and more in order to establish their Eretz Israel. And they want power over all the nations on earth. Just look around and see how many countries they already control?

This latest resolution isn't worrying the Israeli government one iota, read here:

    P.S.

Obama Refuses to Veto Anti-Israel Resolution by UN Security Council
December 23, 2016 — In a striking rupture with past practice, the United States allowed the U.N. Security Council on Friday to condemn Israeli settlements in the West Bank and east Jerusalem as a "flagrant violation" of international law. In doing so, the outgoing Obama administration brushed aside Donald Trump's demands that the U.S. exercise its veto and provided a climax to years of icy relations with Israel's leadership.

What about the Palestinan Christians whose lands are being stolen by Jews? Oh wait, you have been brainwashed into thinking that the Palestine/Israel conflict is purely one between Muslims and Jews.

So he's a Muslim because he opposes Israeli settlement activities? Tell me, why does the American Protestant community bow down so low to its Jewish masters?
