If you look at the average IQ scores of whites and Asians, then yes, Asians score higher. That doesn't equate to being dumb unless you count liberals.

 

we didn't do ****.

we haven't tried in any significant way to build up a college-educated black middle class in the USA.

all we did is allow millions of good middle class jobs to dissapear, we let all the school funding go to the suburbs and the charter schools.

we haven't invested **** in the black community, but we did send lots of them to prison with adjusted drug laws.
