You're the guy who said Democrats are making things worse. I thought you might back up your sweeping generalization. You can't or won't, apparently. I happen to think the best outcome would have been Republicans retaining control of the Senate with Biden as President, but I won't waste my time explaining it to you.
We had enough force to cover our withdrawal down to 3000 or so troops without having a single casualty from the agreement in March 2020 through December or so. You are probably accurate that we did not have enough troops with Biden because when Trump told them in March that if there was one more American death he would blow the Taliban leader, his family and his entire home town off the face of the earth, they believed him and took him at his word. Not so with the feckless Biden
Trump still failed to call out the DC National Guard and gotten the mayor to send more DC Metro Police. You would do well to read about Posse Comitatus (the correct spelling) before holding forth again on how Trump's hands were tied.
I might be missing the point, but posse comitatus has nothing to do with Trump sending the Guard to the Capitol. The separation of powers has everything to do with it.
https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/mar...-case-biden-is-part-of-the-problem/ar-AAYMaVI You chose poorly. Just accept you voted with your ****ing emotions and now we are paying for it. "At the same time, oil executives are eager to make the case the Biden administration is part of the problem, attempting to move the economy away from oil and other fossil fuels even though industries and consumers remains very much reliant on them." Hope you learned something here. If it comes down to Biden and Trump...Trump was far and away the correct choice. He was in 2020 and would be again in 2024. IF you are mature enough to check your emotions at the door. Nobody with any kind of maturity gave a damn about his "mean tweets"
Without any doubt! Although there is the other side of the coin in that the buck stops at the president no matter what.
Already dispelled your false assertions. Where is the investigation into what did Pelosi know and when and what communications did she have concerning the security at the Capitol leading up to Jan 6.
Whatever your interpretation that is not the law. Go read the official timelines, the President is not involved. Go learn what is Posse Comitatus.
Extreme Chest Pounding Alert! You either didn't know about Posse Comitatus or you were BSing. Pelosi is another matter. Trump failed to do his job and your loyal soldier nonsense is getting boring.
Jimmy Carter may have been clumsy and awkward, but his intentions were good and his character strong. Joe Biden is an imposter and a traitor. Carter was neither.
You should stop banging your head against the brick wall. Per the separation of powers the president, nay the entire executive branch, cannot even go in the Capitol, officially, without being invited. They certainly cannot send armed soldiers. And Capitol includes all grounds, premises, and associated buildings.
Already dispelled your claims that the President controls the DC police force or is the person who orders the NG into domestic law enforcement. Where is the investigation into what did Pelosi know and when and what communications did she have concerning the security at the Capitol leading up to Jan 6.
I chose Biden because he was better than Trump. Trump is such a negative that it's the first time I supported a Democrat for President, starting in 1968. What does this have to do with anything? Oil prices haven't been impacted in the short-run by Biden's policies. Trump tried to steal the 2020 election and that makes Biden the right choice even though I disagree with him on many issues. An absurd comment.
Are you going to run again...? Me: "And exactly what are they doing that can be contrasted with what Republicans would have done under Trump, or what Republicans would have done if they had retained control of the Senate? (Trump no doubt cost Republicans control of the Senate by his interference in Georgia politics before the special election for the Senate seat.)"
Would you care to what law says the President as head of the DC National Guard can't send those forces to defend the Capitol and members of Congress?
The even more obvious reason Trump is better is he might actually be able to get the economy back from Biden'd boneheadedness in four years. Something most republicans probably can't do because they are afraid to step on toes. Trump will happily stomp their whole foot to get it done. America needs to pull out the "Whoop Ass" once in a while.
