Harry does get a share of 8 million quid when he hits 40 and the trust set up for him and William from his mother's estate becomes due.
I have never followed the Royal Family thing. I have always admired the Queen and if the Brits want a Royal Family good for them. Couldn't help but hear or read reports about the whole Harry and Meagan thing and didn't care about it. But did hear parts of this interviews and saw her whining about a couple points which I heard later put into context. One that he son did not get a title, is not a Prince and that had to do with the color of his skin. I heard it pointed out that he CAN'T hold that title because of the line to the thrown not being direct or something I don't get all that but that as long as the Queen is the Queen he cannot hold that title, only if Prince Charles becomes King. So it's not racial, it was not something done to hurt her or insult her or about her, she is just making it that way. And that the Royal Family refused to provide security for her son and again the same reason implied. But it's the Royal Security branch that provides that and they do so for ROYALTY at taxpayer expense. She gave that up so she'll have to pay for it herself but NO she's going to whine about it and imply racism. Who does this woman think she is??..................................oh never mind it's not worth knowing. I feel sorry for Harry because I believe as soon as he is no longer worth anything for her he'll be gone.
That's not quite right. The convention is that the grandchildren of the monarch become prince or princess. So when the Queen dies and Charles is crowned Prince Harry's children would automatically get the title. However, when Harry was expecting his first child the convention was changed and protection would no longer become the responsibility of the Crown. No explanation was given for this unprecedented change of convention.
Hmmm.. that is odd. But the cynic in me wonders if they didn't get a little "something" for "expenses". But thanks for letting us know when we can expect her to file for divorce.
I was never even slightly interested in the Royal family affairs. However, when I was in the Army, I was an acquaintance of a chopper pilot who was supposedly banging the former princess Diana for a short time.
That's very cynical of you. Since we are in the world of making unsubstantiated claims now I wonder if your obvious dislike of Meghan is based on her campaigning on liberal issues such as racial and sexual inequality or simple bigotry against her? The cynic in me thinks you are just showing your own faults rather than having any insider knowledge of the security of their marriage.
Harry was a respected guy. War vet and active in veteran causes. I imagine he was popular in the UK as those things go, but now it seems like he's simply a co-star on the Meghan Show. She's yanked him out of the royal family for...I don't know what. And I imagine if you are going to sign up for the royal family, a certain amount of knowing your place is part of the job.
