Trayvon Martin: DOJ Set to Announce No Charges Against George Zimmerman

I didn't deny anything. If you have evidence that anything I wrote is untrue please show it. Not proven in court does not mean it didn't happen. Or are you one of those still looking for the real killer in the OJ situation.

 

by claiming all your made up fantasies as fact, on what you think happened that night, you DENY the verdict of not guilty....

your lack of understanding of how American court system works, is apparent in every thread. It's not on anyone to prove Zimmerman's innocence..... if you think he's guilty, you have to prove your assertions.

Al Sharpton could not, the NBP's could not, Eric Holder, apparently, could not, The state could not. But apparently, some yahoo on a political board has it all figured out, despite multiple investigations, despite a farce of a trial there wasn't enough evidence to even hold in the first place. Oh, but the whip cream on top of your loony toons cake is now you think everyone else should have to prove Zimmerman's innocence.

that is true....but being found not guilty does not mean they didn't do it but that it couldn't be proven in court.

I think he stalked Trayvon and I think he did kill him and he doesn't deny that. Now he was found that both of those things didn't violate the law. I disagree with the law not the facts.

I don't assume he's innocent of future crimes because he was found not guilty in this case. I understand, liberal racebaiters will celebrate Zimmerman getting locked up as a victory for Trayvon when in truth, it has nothing to do with it.

 

Fact remains he's a serial, and violent, offender. That he'll get in trouble again is as predictable as the dawn.

Killing someone with a gun, whatever the 'justification' might be, is a violent act.

 

It was proven in court it was self-defense, it was an affirmative defense, he admitted he killed Martin, the evidence proved it was in self-defense, that means he is innocent of a crime.

 

if that's the hair you want to split...fine. He still didn't murder him and the jury agreed

this is simply a case that people opened their mouth and backed the wrong horse. As the Martin side of things unraveled, his supporters simply doubled-down on the rhetoric because they were too ashamed they bought into the propaganda initially.

 

looks like it official now that the only thing Zimmerman is guilty of is stupidity and being a unlikable human being. Just goes to show what I have believed all along, 2 idiots made bad decisions and met in a dark alley. Unfortunately only 1 walked out

Yeah, poor George was so banged up that he went straight home for dinner instead of going to the hospital.

That's just it Dick Tracy many of the facts were allowed to be washed away. Kind of hard to present evidence that wasn't collected.

I never knew that dying from a gunshot to the chest was considered as dying of natural causes.

You mean the lack of evidence, that has pretty much been confirmed by multiple sources that this cases was horrible handled from the getgo.

 

man, you should have been the att hired by the state to prosecute this.... you apparently had all the evidence they needed to convict. Heck, at the very least, they should have called you to testify. you apparenlty saw it all and must even have a video of the incident as confident as you are about it all.

 

I did not think they would be able to, just like OJ, once found not guilty it was a done deal.... double jeopardy and all

while I do not agree with the verdict, I respect the courts and do not approve of double jeopardy as it would allow the gov to harass innocent people

Actually they should have made sure the SPD did their job that night, but we know that wasn't done.
