You forgetting Trump isn't really a republican? His plans are very conservative atm because that's what we need but haha don't be expecting him to kow tow to the also ridiculous ineffective GOP establishment? We only won because they forced on us the worse Canidate in history. Bernie? Eh he beats Trump.

That's why this is so much sweeter. We destroyed their entire establishment in one vote.

So you are going to continue to post your arrogant messages and starting threads to arrogantly declare you contempt towards the majority of Americans, blue collar workers, the unemployed and the poor?

The Democratic tactic and that of most Democrats on this forum incessantly ranting that white people - the majority of voters - are racist just blew up in your foolish white guilt face. It took years of non-stop attacks from the loudest Democrats calling white people racist to blame for all the problems of the world and cheering the demise of whites as a demographic pursuing racial division final had a uniting effect to the white people who claim you are so superior too, and minorities increasingly are not agreeing with that white zippy pinheads such are you act in your messages must beg you to protect and help them by keeping them socially isolated.

Given all the messages you posted and OPs that you started of the certain landslide win of Clinton, who is none-so-smart is you.

    Couple things:

    - Trump did slightly better with minorities than Romney, however it seems when it comes to blacks, more of them stayed home compared to 2012. Had more blacks came out and voted Clinton that voted for Obama in 2012, Clinton likely would have won.
    - Overall, Turnout was lower this election cycle compared to 2012. Trump actually received less votes overall than Romney, and even less votes then Clinton.
    - Clinton lost because she didn't get the same support in key battle ground states that Obama did. That's more of a Clinton issue than a Democrat issue. She sucked as a candidate, period.

President elect Trump is going into office with the lowest approval ratings for a presidential elect ever. Believe it or not, less self identified "conservatives" voted for him in 2016 compared to Romney in 2012. A lot of the GOP elite hates him, regardless of how they did tonight.

Trump will be very vulnerable in 2020. This is all assuming of course that he doesn't step down and let Pence run the show. Anything is possible with Trump.

Futile attempt that will be. Getting swept on the swing states kinda just makes the left want to cry I think. Lefties just move to California it's a " safe place " for you

Trumps platform is basically a traditional democratic platform. Think JFK. Which is fine with me, I'm more classically liberal than that but I will take Trump over Hillary any day.

America didn't elect Pence. We elected an anti establishment man. With new ideas. Broad sweeping brash but controlled ideas is what we need

All your points about approvals and this and that? What makes that all moot? One word. Results

    What are you talking about?

I have seen!! I have seen progressives be wrong about everything for the last 50 years.

    Wrong about everything.

Progressives have got NOTHING right - ever!!

You know why? because the progressive wing of the democratic party is baseless in their platform.

No, establishment republicans have been wrong about everything too.

The only one's that have it right are classical liberals er libertarians.

You know why? because libertarians can sit back and look at issues objectively without having to kneejerkingly side with one side or the other....

Proverbs 17:28 - Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.

if I had been dead wrong in my last 1000 posts, I think would just shut up.

That race card never gets old.

Enjoy the next 4 years ;-)

We had to deal with our race-war-in-chief for the last 8 years. We can easily survive the apprentice

I'm not sure what you are trying to say here. It doesn't make sense, even with you repeating it three times. Acknowledging and criticizing Obama for being divisive doesn't make us divisive. (??)

As an independent I can actually sit back and be a step removed from the partisan warring, because I don't have a dog in either party's fight. And I'm not beholden to vote like a sheep for one party or the other. I voted for Obama in 2008 and came to realize what a colossal error I'd made, and then I voted for Romney in 2012 and Trump in 2016. I feel safe in calling a spade a spade- and calling a divisive president a divisive president. Sorry, Obama.

Has anyone here listened to Trump's acceptance speech? I think it was actually pretty good, and he said many of the right things, with the right idea about reuniting our country. A sharp contrast to Obama, and exactly what our country needs in my opinion.
