My apologies for being redundant but my original reply......................................So........."Apparently Mueller isn't one of those "legal experts". As Mueller has sole proprietorship of Russiagate, I'd say Muellers (in)action speaks louder than words".........the implication being inaction now means he will not act..........is just an assumption, not a fact.............remains unchallenged by your answer..

The Democratic Party's WAR ON TRUTH continues! OH THE OUTRAGE that the President ordered the TRUTH be made public.

There is NOTHING the National Democratic Party hates more - even more than the United States and Americans - than the TRUTH.

At best. With Trump, I think it's personal. He is personally at war with the government and the justice system. And why not? They pose a threat to His Orangeness on a personal level. I don't think he was counting on being under investigation, but thought that he would have an easy time in the Oval Office and would do so much winning without any pressure, without a special counsel digging into his dirty secrets.

If Drumpf wants the truth to come out he should stop the deranged tweets, let Mueller do his work, agree to testify, tell his right wing media friends to stop expending so much energy trying to smear the DOJ/FBI, put a leash on his the attack dog (Rudy), stop telling witnesses not to answer all questions asked, and stop calling for the investigation to end prematurely.

WTF is "Russiagate"? Is there a gate next to the Russian embassy or something? Get a grip. Obama, like Bush, has avoided politics. Smart. Enjoy your retirements, you both earned it. The only thing "obvious" is that the Mueller investigation is like a ticking time bomb with a hidden clock. NOBODY knows what's behind door three.

Why does the Democratic Party get so hysterical every time they think the truth might come out?

If anyone has any reason why this should be secret, explain it.

Isn't that the act that no one in history has ever been prosecuted for violating?

I believe you are right about that. Then again, that fact doesn't mean there won't be a first time.

Correction: Two prosecuted. The last in 1852.

    None ever convicted.

The argument could then be made that the lack of prosecutions for violations of the Logan Act for over a century and a half despite many obvious examples of U.S. private citizens conducting their own private foreign negotiations amounts to a precedent that the Act is historically ignored rather than cited.

It would be the equivalent of prosecuting someone in New York City today for improperly tying up their horse along the street.

On the left? You're the one who said that most Presidents did the same as Trump. And, myth or not, I can only think of Reagan colluding with an adversarial nation to win an election. There isn't even a "myth" about anybody else in my lifetime that I can recall. Unless you care to make one up right now....

Hmm, there is an actual investigation that has now resulted in people removed from their positions or fired.

Sounds impessive ... 19 indictments! 5 confessions! 13 indictments for trolling Facebook. :roflol: 5 confessions for not confessing in the 1st place. :roflol: Let's see the indictment / confession to collusion with Russia, or the one(s) that Trump is implicated in, OK? BTW, the FBI / CIA spooks are looking at way more than 30 days of "prison time" :roflol:

They aren't arguing about this to make a point or really even to discuss anything they're making these statements to trigger you so they can further attack you because they are bored.

No brainiac ... there's no assumption. "HAS NOT" =/= "WILL NOT". You're presuming, I am reciting. "HAS NOT" ... in a years time, BTW filed additional charges, or alleged a wider conspiracy.

I'm a little bored myself, and shredding liberal talking points is something I could do all day long to pass the time here at the office. Gonna be great when federal prosecutors start comparing the FBI's illegal surveillance of Trumps campaign to the Watergate break in. It'll be fun to necro these threads!

I remember Nixon. Donald Trump is not Nixon. Remember Obama? When have you ever seen another Administration "weaponize" various Federal agencies against opposing political parties? The "deep state" has become more and more obvious as it becomes revealed layer by layer like peeling an onion. It first became real to me when the IRS was discovered to selectively target Conservative interests. They were caught red handed, admitted to it, then it was treated as a minor, one time incident and no one was held accountable. Many Democrats and Republicans have been amazed for many years how that in spite of the fact we have polarized, opposition ideas in government......nothing ever changes! Not until this administration anyway and the "deep state" is galvanized against him! Spying on the opposition campaign using the FBI went on early before the 2016 election under the Obama administration. How many "partisan hacks" have resigned in that agency due to their exposure?? Now the mysteries of how Hillary Clinton got away with ignoring subpoenas and destroying pertinent imformation becomes apparent. Republicans AND Democrats are involved in a "deep State" operation. There is indeed a globalist effort to support big business interests to the detriment of American sovereignty by the "establishment elite" in America. That is precisely why "Make America Great Again" is a phrase that sends chills down the spine of both Democrat and Republican establishment interests today. The fact the media has been 90% against this effort in several studies and is now starting to wane is due to the reality of "social media" and the ability to "by-pass" this partisan effort through "tweeting". It just drives the globalists bonkers!

With the exception of Obama, they are all un-elected buraucratic political hacks with an agenda. Party affiliation makes absolutely no difference. Heck....even McCain can say he is a Republican.
