In 2011 inflation was 3% but feds didn't raise rates. Suddenly 2% is their threshold.

Someone I know said his daughter went to India. She said it is terribly polluted there. She said the air was thick with smog and there was trash everywhere, including feces. Maybe the wind pushes that pollution right into China where they wear masks to prevent from breathing it? Maybe it then combines with what is being created in China and Indonesia, then moves through the air to California and the mainland U.S.? Is that even possible?

When I read that our air here is better and better, I often wonder why when we do our part, we still need to pay for those nations who do not?
