    I'm trying to understand the circumstances that would cause such a circumstance.

    First, it would have to be known the fetus was technically unviable before being carried to full term. If that's the case, why wait? I don't know, maybe it's not practical to remove a fetus at such a late date.

    Without belaboring the point, I see a very slippery slope here, and pushing to make abortion legal to the last moment before, or as the Virginia governor said, the minutes past birth, opens a can of worms that can't end well.

    If according to libs a human being has no right to life 1 one minute after birth then it has no right to life at any age

    The abnormalities seen in many of the trisomy babies are often not evident until birth
    What slippery slope? This is NOT unusual and it happens across the world where newborns with fatal abnormalities are provided palliative care and the only times it has translated to mass murder has been Hitlerian regimes that decry supporting disabled children

    13% of these infants survive until age 10. But 0% survive termination of their life. Once born this is murder made legal.

    Let these women sell their fetuses, babies, 'blobs of tissue' (or whatever they're calling it this month) to Planned Parenthood or the highest bidder. Maybe it can become a 'growth industry' and get them off welfare....

    Unlike many here I have no dog in this fight but I do question the unhinges leftie posters here who squealed so loudly when President Trump personally flew down to the border and RIPPED babies from their mothers arms and threw them into cages but now it is perfectly OK to RIP them from the birth canal and throw them into the trash.
