Nope! Zimmerman BMI was 31. .and even his doctor stated that at that BMI people can be fit.

And obviously he was a hell more fit than today. . .or in 2005, when he took that mug shot!

So, Zimmerman, with his MMA training 3 X a week was probably at the best shape of his life!

I live down here. Get the info daily. Manslaughter IS ON THE TABLE. Unless the Judge directs otherwise, they can find Z guilty of Manslaughter.

What is the difference in the danger to ones life between grabing a piece of concrete and ashing someone in the head with it and grabbing someones head and bashing it into concrete? Martin knew or should have known that what he was doing would kill Zimmerman in short order if he didnt stop.

Its murder two or bust. Thats why its been so absurd to me anyone could think it would end in manslaughter when its not an option. But whatever.

Jesus christ, calm down. Just stop saying it. Its not going to happen. There is not one thing that even indicates manslaughter and this jury is not filled with a bunch of rubes who are even going to consider this.

it depends on jury instructions. I want to know when rape victims and battered women who defend their self will be maliciously prosecuted.

I guess I am kinda like that cop who testified last, I have seen worse. Guess it depends on individual and I wasn't the one lying there getting the crap beat out of me so I won't even pretend to know what was going on in zimmermans head. I get the impression he is a pretty meek kind of guy so it is not a stretch he thought he was gonna die

Well now a days, if you get out of your car and get raped, its your fault for getting out of the car. Its just pathetic. He is INNOCENT of the charges brought on him, that is 2nd degree. I am saying they can not consider manslaughter, but if I am wrong, I am wrong, I don't have pride issues like a few.

I don't think she said "fit", she believe said that it does not necessarily mean he is out of shape.

A BMI of 31 is considered moderately obese, which means the person has excess fat.

You may want to pay closer attention to what has transpired since last year. It was people like you that made this about race, and it was people like you that threw your dumb ass opinions into this entire nightmare, and began the lynch mob protests.

Zimmerman is getting his day in court, and it is people like you that will riot or at least incite a riot if Zimmerman is acquitted. You don't like the way the trial is going now so you post more of your goofy bull(*)(*)(*)(*) opinion

He said turn on twin trees to the officer in the car but yet he couldnt remember the street. Why when admittedly he says he has ADD and poor memory did he so cleary tell the officer to turn on Twin Trees.

I think a good question is why did he drop his flashlight? If you are walking calmly you dont drop your flashlight. But if you are running there is a good chance you will drop it like a baton in track in field especially intentionally if you are running so to lose weight. Why did he have to pick up his flashlight after walking to the end of the walkway? Why did he drop it in the first place and just leave it so to have to pick it back up? Why did his flashlight that he carries with him with his gun not work unless it was dropped at force? It may be circumstantial but it is a question. Why drop something in your person when you are walking in control?

Yeah, I agree, the fact that he dropped his flashlight shows he murdered someone.

Quick, call the prosecutors on this trial, they need to know this crucial piece of evidence. Amazing they never thought of this....oops, probably because it is not true and it is only your lame opinion
