I'm 5'11 215 and I know I'm in great shape despite that chart. You also wouldn't be able to outrun me or beat me in close quarters combat. Still very quick and explosive depite being a person that rarely works out beyond my job duties in EMS.

I was 5'11 160 coming out of high school and visibly really skinny. I know at that time of my life if a person was able to get close to my body it was over. I was too weak to wrestle anybody at that size.

Whats not true about it the fact that he dropped his flashlight? Or the fact that he so clearly said to the officer tur.n right on twin trees when admittedly he has a bad memory. The flashlight is important at this point because the officer questioned the time to walk from the end of the street back to the car or the T section. The defense said he had to pick up his flashlight that opens up door for why did he drop it in the first place.

At 1:08, the PA said that a BMI of 31.48 was not exactly within the healthy range, but it didn't mean he was not "athletic". She never said the word "FIT" at all.....and she certainly didn't say "MANY People with a BMI of 31 were FIT". A person can be out of shape, but still be athletic.

Im only talking as I would if I was a juror. The defense today through the video there are holes the prosecution in their adaption has the grand canyon. But there are questions. The problem is there was problems in the investigation but the prosecution cant bring it up or it would be a mistrial. Im only questioning Zimmermans statements merely because this is already a winning case for him.... so far. Thats all there is. To question his story. And if my questions arent answered I have doubts about his statements. Most of my prior post the defense who are masterful have answered but hearing the tape and seeing the video I have to ask why did that happen?

If you drop something you pick it up right away if you are walking. If you drop something in transit you usually notice it if you are running you may not. To take him a minute 30 suggests that he had to look for it first through his story im not biased in my thought so why cant you admit that is a question?

 

I think that has been factually put to rest. With both Investigators saying today that Z was telling the truth, the State is dead-in-its-tracks on any such claim. Forensics will not revive them.
