Why do I need to defend Hannity when even the New York Times admitted that the U.S. is bugging everyone foreign and domestic? Every time someone gets a visit from the IRS after giving an anti Obama speech, or is targeted for their beliefs, or they are wire tapped wrongly, or we arm the drug cartels killing our Mexican neighbors, or we scapegoat an American citizen for a terrorist attack, or a close Obama friend gets goverment cash, or when people he deals with go to jail again, etc... We are told someone "will get to the bottom of it". I was wondering if they did look into this and did get to the bottom of it.

The patriot act still required a warant to be obtained. You could act first without one in order to save human lives. You still had to prove the warrant to a judge. As I correctly predicted when I criticised Bush for this, that one day someone would take that inch and turn it into a mile. Obama took the patriot act and ran with it like a m effer.

It's common sense (from the employers standpoint, at least) that you don't let employees publicly do things that can harm the profitability of your product or service.
