Everyone's ancestors are guilty of something. I would rather be judged by the contents of my character and my own actions then be judged by the actions of someone who's been dead long before I was born. Otherwise what's the point of trying to make things better if all we have to do is point at your family tree to justify putting someone down or making them miserable?

---The only problem that I have with Hate Crime legislation is that it is not applied consistently.

Yeah, it bugs me because not only is he black, but incompetent. He is not a good role model for young black men.

Condi on the other hand. Now that's competency... At least more competent than Eric the "I don't remember anything", Holder...

got a law degree from Harvard.

    he's a great role model.

......that's unless you think he was born in Kenya and faked all his college degrees.

Just like how Obama got a Nobel Peace Prize -- every award or distinction that these people get, only helps to debase/defile these very same awards.

How can a person that has a law degree from Harvard "forget" so many things???????

He ACTUALLY got a degree from HARVARD???... Was it some sort of "affirmation" action thing?? Seriously??? I thought people from HARVARD are suppose to be smart... Heck dude, I wish he was born in Kenya and faked all his college degrees. Perhaps, then when somebody ask him a question, he can answer back instead of saying he "forgot" or he doesn't "know".

Which is interesting given he openly said he doesn't hate. He was simply testing to see if there was racism in the media and the authorities... apparently he was right.

I honestly don't really care about all that.

To me what makes a great role model is when you do good things that build up the economy, like making products or services people want, creating wealth, creating jobs, and raising a family to know what it means to work, and earn an honest living.

Suing banks to make bad loans... living off the tax money of other people by working in government... and attacking the people who work and make the economy go... is a very very bad role model. Getting degree is nothing, unless it is applied in a constructive manor.... Obama failed that part of the test.

Thats why I know this will never come to trial.

Eric Holder has already stated, White people cannot be protected by hate crime laws. White people are the perpetrators of hate crimes, and can never be a victim of a hate crime.

Nah, you're easy to read. I've heard it all before. Particularly the part where certain subjects are not up for debate.

Finally! That's where all this was leading anyway. I appreciate your honesty but you might be 2 or 3 years too early. Don't worry though, I can see that's your goal and if history is any guide, you'll get there!

Do I think I should be charged with terrorism? I'm sorry, I really don't understand your point, assuming there is one. Maybe you could rephrase that in a way that uses logic and reason instead of crazy?

It does mean that it appears that the Obama/Holder Justice Dept., appears to have racially-based DISPARITY in enforcing hate crimes prosecutions, does it not?

More malfeasance from the Most Corrupt/Inept Administration in History....

Certain vulnerable groups are routinely attacked by those with more power. Since some people can't be responsible with this power, they need to be reined in.

Criminalization of hate doesn't create hate crimes; criminalization of hate is needed because hate crimes already exist.

    - - - Updated - - -

They can and they have. But it's not common because white people aren't usually a vulnerable population.

Black on white crime is MASSIVELY more prevalent than white on black crime. Corss racial MURDER is 20 times more likely to be black perpattrator/white victim, than vice versa.

So, when are we going to take some serious steps to PROTECT this "VLUNERABLE ,WHITE POPULATION" from violent black criminals, and what srpes should we take, in your opinion?

Maybe you've heard it before because it is right. How many times do you have to be taught something before you learn it?

    This is flat out wrong.

White people are far more likely to be victimized by other white people.

Nope. White people are far more likely to be murdered by white people.

Since vulnerable populations are less difficult to abuse, how about working on the social, political, economic and legal marginalization of certain minorities?

Minorities need to be protected from the kind of people who say nonsense like, "white people are 20 times more likely to be murdered by black people."

Oh, in that case he should have just informed everyone that he was just performing scientific research, and his elderly victim happened to have all the characteristics of his control group. Then no one would have mistook it for an assault and overreacted.

I would disagree with that. Regardless of intention, assault is assault. He should be given the harshest punishment possible. Nevertheless, he still made a great point.

That he would be judged more harshly by authorities, and the media, compared to other people doing the exact same thing. He did the exact same physical action, as did many others, yet this forum itself, proves that his theory that he would be judged more harshly was right.

Hahaha. I almost spit soda on my screen. I guess it's a case of two left hooks don't make a right. Ah well it sounded better in my head.
