I read the article, all these soldiers say they were about to be sent to Ukraine, the title of the article is actually a quote of their refusal to fight in Donbas. Russia has a submarine that can go under the Artic ice and shoot out missiles. Why it can even beat up countries with its monuments. Now can the US do that?

Russia has capable Military Systems but they simply do not exist in any numbers of capability to effect an overall Military Confrontation with the U.S. Military.

As example Russia has just a handful of T-90 Tanks as their main battle tank is still the T-72 which Russia states it has 2000 T-72's battle ready....Jane's states this number is actually a bit more than 1500.

Still the U.S. has over 6000 M1A1's and M1A2 Abram's Tanks pre-positioned in the Middle East and Europe never mind what we have in the States.

An U.S. Abram's Tank's armor cannot be penetrated by either the newer T-90 or the T-72 Russian Tanks.

In fact a U.S. Abram's Tank armor cannot even be breached by another Abram's Tank.

U.S. weapons systems would cut through Russian Conventional weapons Systems like a HOT KNIFE THROUGH WARM BUTTER.

Putin knows this.
