seriously though, I support armed security guards, but I do not think teachers and students should be armed in the classroom

but if the school doesn't allow them to be armed, they are responsible for security

 

Who would you rather take your chances with. A legal CCW student or this guy? Another question: Would you rather be armed or unarmed in a similar situation as this?

Security would be the first targets...probably by ambush because they are known adversaries of any shooter who would also know that once security is disabled the students would be sitting ducks.

Not true. Many of the mass shootings in the US were in public areas that were not designated gun free.

 

People that trained and holding a CCW, so not everyone is armed just those that know how to properly use a firearm.

I did look up my stats. Nine mass shootings were stopped by civilians with guns.

Now go look yours up. How many civilians without guns stopped mass shootings?

Your stat is that 9 killings that were already at "mass" level, were stopped with guns.
It doesn't tell you how many were in places where guns were not allowed, thus no one else having one.
It doesn't tell you how many were stopped after the first victim.

People keep telling you this but you would rather pretend only 9 mass murders were stopped with guns.

How many mass murders were stopped before they started?
How many were stopped after one victim?
How many were stopped after 2 victims?
How many stopped after 3 victims?
