You said that Flynn had no case to answer yet he was forced out. We know that Flynn was put in a position where he was fired or forced to resign. If he did nothing wrong then that is constructive dismissal.

Its real simple which is more egregious a hacker hacking private communications and leaking embarrassing information or employees at NSA leaking classified information in order to bring down an administration which they oppose politically?
