He would know that if he fired a missile at Guam, NK would be bombed. If he wanted to attack the US, why "waste" missiles attacking Guam first. For a start, the missiles do not have a guidance system; Guam is tiny so it would be like hitting a fly from a thousand yards so I am sure that he won't fire at Guam but he may well test a missile into the Pacific.

No one can be sure of anything but that is not an excuse for pre-emptive strikes

 

More likely that he himself would believe it, because for me he will be then an aggressor in same line as Hitler was.
It is perfectly clear to me that this comparison with Hitler will now cause evil answers against me, but that is my reasoned opinion!

At the moment, nothing justifies such a preventive strike, because the US and its allies like SK are perfectly capable of defending any attack by NK ... even if it were bloody ... for they are fully prepared for such an attack and have enough defenses To direct reaction on guard!

Firing missile test over the sea is a great place for firing missile tests. As no one is there to get hurt by it.
It's a giant unpopulated area of the world. Ungoverned and uninhabited. Entirely safe to mankind due to no humans being there, possibly this makes some fish nervous.

 

Besides I doubt that it was Japanese waters. As far as I know, it was in the Japanse sea,.. but that's just a name.

The US also tested an intercontinental ballistic missile capable of carrying a nuclear warhead in april 2017. It landed in the South Pacific. Should we just let fatty fatty Trump shoot missiles until people get hurt?

Kim wants to invade Guam? How is he going to get his troops over there?...Swim? He could lead the charge. He floats. The rest of his troops however would have a hard time keeping their heads above water.
