Manning was never charged with treason, never mind convicted. It is the duty of everyone who takes the Oath (as Manning did) to expose war crimes. Complicity to war crimes is remaining silent when one has full knowledge that war crimes are being committed. This is just one of the war crimes Manning exposed:



What was done to Manning (torture and isolation) is a crime.

 

No one who would for a nanosecond consider voting for this creature has any business calling himself or herself an American - and that's without even taking into account its treasonous conduct.

The Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard have a program known Humanitarian Assignments. The Army calls their program Compassionate Assignments. None have a damn thing to do with protecting the country.

The vast majority who serve in the U.S. military come from the South and "Fly Over America" didn't enlist for nation building or providing humanitarian relieve to hell holes, basket cases, shitholes what ever name you want to use to describe these countries in the world.

So Manning exposed wanton viciousness committed by fellow soldiers on civilians? What was his fate in court? He's eligible to run for congress?

As a side comment I never understood the torture and degradation inflicted by what I call "sick bastards" on captured soldiers. What happened to the honor between warriors?

How does being a an uneducated ex-con low grade soldier with a supposed gender change qualify one for the senate? Give the competence of the rest of the swamp I would he opine that he (she) will win in a landslide. At least it will be entertaining.

 

So I've been hearing nonstop from Democrats that being a billionaire talk show host does not qualify one for the presidency. Unless it's a Democrat, apparently.

 

Ever since Bush Baby Jr. cheated in Florida to win, American elections and White House shenanigans have no longer been able to keep up the facade of being taken seriously. I think probably since Johnson the jig was up but Washington managed to cover up their nasty deeds until the Bush/Clinton/Obama era that decided the show didn't matter any longer. Now they just run what they brung and don't give a fiddler's hangnail about faking it. Eisenhower's statement on the military-industrial complex was oh so true. His successor was murdered in order to cement those two enterprises together quick-quick. The last vestige of clean play died with Kennedy. The only fake role still encouraged is the bogus Democrat-Republican two sides of the same coin, making it seem as though Americans have some choice in the matter and that Democracy exists. It doesn't.

She did her job, and she exposed the wrong things that was going on. For that she was punished, but really we should be thanking her. Unfortunately for her there seem to be a lot of people who actually like the fact we are killing these unarmed foreigners for existing. You can bang a drum all you want she was a hell of a lot more courageous that the guys in the helicopter blowing away unarmed people in a van. She actually tried to make things better and got hammered for her efforts. After all of that she wants to go be in congress and change things for the better?

Call it what you want or what you believe you want, the fact is Manning wasn't charged with treason and certainly wasn't convicted of treason, not to mention he didn't commit treason. Much more importantly, the war crimes Manning exposed are a violation of international law and the Constitution (via the Supremacy Clause). It was Manning's mandated duty under Oath to expose those crimes and failure to do so would be complicity. What's truly disturbing is that no one was charged with these crimes against humanity. John Kiriakou was also convicted under an unconstitutional plea bargain "agreement" for exposing the CIA's torture program and no one who participated in those crimes against humanity was ever charged, much less convicted for those crimes.

The pretend US government sends the message that it can commit all sorts of crimes against humanity with impunity, call these crimes "state secrets" and will imprison those who expose such crimes.

 

How is his "fate in court" eligibility to run for Congress? Anyone who is qualified under the Constitution is eligible to run for Congress.

 

The ~$175K GoFundMe windfall that sick commies gave that dumpster fire after their messiah commuted his sentence has given him a false sense of popularity.
