Why don't they do it then? Why do they have to make fossil fuel artificially expensive to get people to switch to electric cars?

Macron’s plan is to tax gasoline powered cars out of existence. He didn’t get very far. There is no politically possible way to tax fossil fuels out of existence or to significantly reduce CO2 emissions.

Trump putting the interests of US citizens above moral values? Ha ha. First of all, Trump doesn't have any moral values.

Trump places the welfare of US citizens first. The D’s place the welfare on non US citizens first. Trump has higher moral values than D’s.

I watch Trump also and see what the MSM sees, hears, and reads from Trump's tweets. This is no "fake" news.

Now he is in the process of criticizing and denigrating our institutions and has no respect for our 3 equal branches of our government,
based on his daily conduct. He sidles up to dictators and disparages our allies. He is an autocrat wannabe. Be patient. It will happen.

Nothing wrong with PEW research. And This is how Merkel is views internationally. And she has governed Germany since 2005, predating Obama who already retired.

It's not just fuel tax, buddy. It's about everything is getting more expensive and their wages are slagging far behind... unlike the managers all the way at the top who are hauling in massive amounts of money. Not just the lower class, even the middle class joined in. They hardly see the point in working 40 hours a week with such a level of stress, while getting a handout is getting so appealing. Seems you know nothing.

Merkel has done great harm to Germany. Electric rates there are 3X that in the US.

The latest tax increase was a tipping point. Gasoline prices in France are ~ $8 per gallon. Progressive policies have done great damage to France.

YES it is related to the riots.
PLEASE, try, just try connect the dots.

French labor now competes against Polish labor
as if it were a level playing field.
    Who Profits?
    Witness: Not French Working People.
    Who Profits?
They know, I know, don't YOU know?

And the "hurt" of the new diesel tax which
all French will feel at the grocery store, etc.

    Viva Marine Le Pen.
France and the French people dearly need a Gaullist choice.
Regardless if the globalist run press terms them Nazi

Did the dots connect, even if you  Macron?

More like 6, and that really aint the point. Even when it was 8, and you get paid 1000's, than you wouldn't give a crap about it. The point is that half the country, if they got a job, earns less than 1930 bucks a month! Ring that through your head... half the population with a job gets paid less than 1930 bucks! That and the the top 1% gets a 3% pay rise,.. the rest just gets 1% or less.

Who got a massive tax cut? The rich people. While the cost of living is skyrocketing. In the end, half the country doesn't know how they are able to pay their bills if this goes on like this. But it's all that expensive because for instance train drivers retire at age 50 and live on average till 82. 32 years of paid vacation when working just around 25 years. The national retirement age is 62. That's still low compared to Germany(67). That is them working 5 years shorter, while getting free money for 5 years. It has to come from somebody somehow.

The electricity if Germans use it,.. is far more expensive.
But an American uses THAT much more electricity, that they still end up with a higher bill.
    That's what my source says
