Mueller Report, Rumored to Drop Next Week, Is Only the Beginning of Trump’s Hell

He might not, just to put this dark cloud to rest...similar to Nixon's pardon. But the FBI fired McCabe because he lied to agents and under oath...both are crimes. Podesta was granted immunity, so won't be charged, because Mueller was more interested in his white whale, Manafort.

 

Unlike Flynn, Gates, Cohen and others, McCabe has not pled guilty and he is contesting the charge that he lied to agents. McCabewas a top level counterterrorism and counterespionage agent for years with an impeccable record of integrity and excellence before thisTrump mess. After hearing what he has to say, I give him thebenifit of the doubt. I have a lot more confidence in him than Trump who isapathological liar.

Why do you fixate on your "collusion" and need to pretend that the Senate has the final word about the Trump Justice Department Special Counsel's investigation that is ongoing and concerning which final a report is yet to be issued?

If I had to guess, I'd expect that obstruction of justice is more provable, but have no reason to speculate.

 

If you refuse to accept that the Trump Justice Department Special Counsel was assigned a mission, and that the responsibilities of Congress and the Manhattan District Attorney's responsibilities differ, I can't help you. Mueller is not empowered to issue the blanket amnesty you seem to crave.

 

You can issue your final report if the Trump Justice Department Special Counsel's is made public and upsets you.

I recognized the need for the Trump Justice Department to appoint Robert Mueller "to serve as Special Counsel to oversee the previously-confirmed FBI investigation of Russian government efforts to influence the 2016 presidential election and related matters." Such an attack upon the US democratic process demands no less in defense of the nation.

Beyond the indictments, convictions, and confessions of Trump associates, given Mueller's strict prevention of leaks, there is little to indicate what has been uncovered and will be provided in the final report which, I expect, will eventually to available to the public.

I have no reason to doubt that the Trump Justice Department Special Counsel's report will be fair and competent.

Since I support the exposure of iniquity in the perversion of the nation's democratic process to whatever extent that is possible, I have no reason to be upset by it.

I expect the various investigative agencies and Congressional committees will discharge their responsibilities appropriately and conscientiously, and I am not privy to the evidence they will have before them to determine what merits such scrutiny.

Whether there was a conspiracy involving Trump's operatives and Putin's operatives who repeatedly met in secret and lied about it, I have no idea, and hope that can be determined, but that would be difficult to prove.
