Of domestic spying by a CIA operative, with Schiff and Brennan coordination ?

I made no such claim, do you? I merely put your failed analogy into proper context.

Where specifically say in the law he can't ask? Hell, Biden threatened to withhold funds if the prosecutor investigating the company paying his son $50,000 a month wasn't fired. He bragged about it on video.

Ask the number of teachers who served jail time for having sex with their underaged students.

As for Trump, that’s up to Congress to decide. The Whistle-blower saw something and said something - just as he was supposed to do.

The CIA is forbidden to collect domestic evidence on citizens. He was a CIA operative coordinating with Schiff. Oops.

Except in this analogy they show up with no injuries.

I mean other than that, sure.

You're also wrong about there not being a court of law in impeachment.

You might want to re-work your post here.

So your argument is that Trump statutorily raped the Ukrainian President.

You guys are really struggling today with your weak examples.

The Democrat staffer who you call a "whistleblower" didn't see or hear anything he didn't get from someone else.

A closed mind can't be convinced of anything. To quote Reagan: "The trouble with our liberal friends is they know so much that simply isn't so"

And that would be a separate issue. One crime does not excuse the other.

He is a CIA operative, operating illegally, in coordination with Schiff. He is a spy, not a whistle blower.

Two or three trump appointments found the WB complaint urgent and credible.
If you want to change who can be a WB then write your congressman.

This has to be the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. So you're telling me that young girls can be raped but young boys can't if the rapist is "hot"? I think you should remain a diehard Trump supporter, since clearly you tow have the same moral compass, until the day you die, which I hope comes after a very, very long life and a peaceful not all violent/painful death...see what I insinuated there without saying it?

Moronic reply on your part. You’re the one who started the rape analogy.

He raped him with the word Crowdstrike, interpreted by the Ukranian president to mean Biden

Something you have no proof of, just desperate speculation to save your boy. You should embrace president Pence, he's still a republican who will do republican things.

You do not need an "or else" for a Quid Pro Quo, This For That, admittedly it is worse if it is a this for that or else, but the or else is not necessary for a Quid Pro Quo.

Something you don't want to come out by allowing the defendant due process.

The Benghazi Investigations went on for four years, you think this one is going to last four days? Trump is being given time to prepare his case.

This is a non answer answer. You don't have anything to dispute my logic so you don't bother to try. It's OK, I'm used to this from you guys with your right wing delusions that you parade as fantasy.

Reagan? The guy who KNEW his tax cuts would work only to be proven wrong and then sign tax increases into law? What you get wrong about him is that he was willing to accept when he was wrong, be accountable for it, and do what was right for the country even if it meant working with his political rivals. Trump isn't that way, hence why he's getting impeached. The question is, who are you? Are you so desperate to have your fantasy world confirmed? Or are you willing to recognize reality and deal with it? The latter is what normal people do. The former, well, lots of not so nice words for that. I would pick your side with more care if I were you, but that's just free advice to do with as you please.
