Trump's promised "something terrific!" that covers "everybody" at "less cost!" is obviously achievable if one learns from the successful paradigm achieved by advanced nations, but I think Republicans squandered their opportunity when they failed to fulfill the promise when Trump's party controlled the House and Senate for two years.

If the rising cost and uninsured numbers continue to climb under Trump, progress may become essential despite all the powerful parasites resisting.

As it is under Trumpery, the reality of continually rising costs and numbers of uninsured is not something they want to draw attention to.
