I think if you have a multiracial workgroup who are hired to write software programs (just for example), they all get along and work together rather splendidly as a productive unit in the year 2020. Send those folks to a "White Fragility" training session with Robin DiAngelo as instructor (at $6,000/hour) and say, "Let's talk about race, and by the way all white people in the class are racists. You/they just don't know it yet." What does that do for unity and comity in race relations?

Mr. Bradshaw taught people how to overcome shame, self-blame and toxic guilt. It appears to be Robin DiAngelo's mission to reinstall those psychological negatives in white people's heads.

Further, which of those messages would be particularly helpful to the youth of the inner-city black communities today? "You can heal personal wounds" sounds better to me than "You're someone else's victim."

 

Yes, but only for a short time. I would want to be White and hear and see how other Whites truly feel about African-Americans and other people of color. I could hear them say the N-word and tell N-word jokes. Then after a while I'd like to turn back into an African-American and see them smile in my face as if they really like me.

Very likely, yes. Schools today are much more integrated in most of the country than they were when I was in school in the 60's-70's. Interracial marriages are becoming fairly common. Exposure to different races from the time people are children will provide a culture which focuses far less on skin color and far more on better judgments of choosing friends/mates between people who have good hearts and those who have dark hearts. While the media "news" is showing only racial strife and riots, commercial advertisers are showing an abundance of blacks, Hispanics and Asians who are all dressed up, middle-class, successful, and living in a multicultural society. The commercials are more honest than the "news" which is only showing the fringes. Isn't that interesting.

 

Well what percentage of black applicants to colleges are denied? I bet it's zero. Leftist colleges love parading their little black pets around to signal their virtue.

 

You might be disappointed. White people spend very little time thinking about Blacks. There is really no reason to.

Anyway, I can explain to you about White Privilege. White Privilege occurs because all of the institutions and social structures in this country were built by Whites, for the benefit of Whites and staffed by Whites. They are optimized to function best utilizing White talents and White sensibilities. Asians share many of these sensibilities and so do fairly well, although they often hit a ceiling. Blacks do not and so fair poorly in White settings.

 

That is the goal of the Cultural Marxists who run BLM. Destroy the Constitution of the United States.

The Constitution as written does include all citizens. It was imperfectly applied for many years due to the existence of slavery being a normal practice around the globe at the time of this country's founding. Those human imperfections in executing a "nearly perfect" constitutional doctrine for equal rights have been continually reformed, a little at a time, over America's history. Destroying the Constitution which gives every individual unalienable rights and replacing it with a Cultural Marxist doctrine of the collective would be an unmitigated disaster, not just for us but for the entire world. Out of all the countries in the world, which country would most oppressed people in the world migrate to, if given a chance? Destroy America's Constitution and there would be no place to run to for the hope freedom and independence.
