    Who would have guessed that Biden wants to keep guns out of the hands of blacks.

    (Follow the liberal logic: All blacks are poor so only the rich (white) can buy guns).

    If this gets passed (highly unlikely), and withstands a challenge to the scotus (even less likely), I guess we'll get a good sense of just how much the gun-fetishists actually love their weapons.

    Once it passes they will quickly up the tax so high that most people will give up their Guns or be sent to Prison.

    But hey, it's what the nation voted for so I have no sympathy.

    His gun plan is pretty crappy, with or without the anti black tax.
    No on-line sales. Why? You already have to do a background check and go to an FFL to pick it up. What difference does it make if you bought it at Cabela's or Cabelas.com?
    Ban weapons for thought crime misdemeanor. So much for free speech. Tell the black family that they need to act normal after letting their pit bull run lose and now you have to surrender your guns.
    Ban killy looking guns. He can't really describe an assault weapon but he's going to ban them.

    If Biden and the rest of the Liberals somehow manage to get this $200 Gun Tax passed, they don't realize that they've forced LEGAL Tax paying Gun owners to absolutely Hate them. I'm curious if Biden is going to require Felons and Illegals to pay $200 for every Illegal AR-15 they're caught with and sentence them to 10 years and $10,000 in fines. Democrats are creating a Society in America where if you do things the RIGHT and LEGAL way, by exercising your 2nd Amendment Constitutional Right and purchasing a LEGAL firearm in a Gun Store, YOU'RE A SUCKER!, but if you're a Felon or Illegal Alien caught with a Stolen AR-15, you'll get off easy, as long as you VOTE! Democrat in the next Election. I guess I'm going to have to not be a SUCKA anymore and build a couple of Ghost AR-15's and AR-10's to defend myself if some AR-15 carrying Criminal comes a Callin to my House at 2am.

    You saw the links in the OP right? Maybe someone just needs to explain it for you. I'll try: Any right that the government charges money to allow you to exercise will disproportionately affect black people who have, on the average, less money than whites. So, something like a $200 tax stamp to exercise the right to keep and bear arms proves to be an insurmountable burden for a higher proportion of blacks than whites. Understand now? If not, perhaps we can talk about poll taxes and then you'll suddenly grasp why it's discriminatory.

    Well! let's just hope you're right, because there's 1/2 the Country full of Gun Owners that are going to be seriously Pissed if Beto O'rourke shows up at their Homes threating American Citizens to cough up their Guns or they're going to Jail for 10 years, while Liberal Rioters and Looters get off with a slap on the wrist.
