White House falsely claims there was no vaccine when Biden took office

Before 2021, COVID testing for international travel was not required.

To give an idea of what that means, in 2020 there were 400 million passenger arrivals from foreign countries.

Before that year, there wer WAY WAY more arrivals. That was a many decades LOW for international arrivals.

That indicates ~80 million arrivals in the 2018/2019 range when there were not covid testing requirements.

The feds had total control over their parts getting vaccines out, Biden didn't have to do a thing except let the plan he inherited take place.

There was nothing to be fixed in December of 2020 when the vaccines were approved Walgreens and CVS were giving them out even going to the hospitals and nursing homes as those were the first wave of vaccines and the other drug stores and big boxes already lined up to give them out and then of course all the county health boards were giving them out.
