Some (probably low level) staffer ****ed up and somebody (probably somebody else) posted a correction tweet 4 hours later.... End of story (or so it would have been for anybody except the terminally mental)

But, this is what politicians and their administrations do. Take credit for all that's good and blame someone or something else for all that's bad. That's not changing any time soon.
