ICI cannot do the job because this administration has hamstrung them. Neither can BP, nor can federal marshals or any other law enforcement option. It isn't about "hating" these organizations. I don't see how the cartels exploitation of poor people is funny. Our border policies help provide a steady source of income to the cartels so they can expand their criminal enterprise. Not all of them make it to our border. Some become part of their thriving sex tourism industry, others are sold into servitude.
