I'm a bank courier. I know that not a single bank teller in Bank of America in this county knows who is all running for President. Much less know anything about Obuma care that they didn't hear from a commercial or a left wing news outlet in the few seconds a day they do watch the news. And you know what? They don't care that they don't know either. I've quizzed them.

Mostly because they don't like the alternatives that the GOP is offering.

Also about 1/2 the country (probably a little less amoung independents) think Obama is a good President.

Got it. So the fact that some young tellers are clueless and the older ones don't want to engage in detailed political conversations with a guy who drives around, pops in and drops off and picks up canvas bags, is proof that no one in America knows anything.
    Okey dokey.
So lemme guess: You complain about government handouts while making a living off of our taxpayer money... :disbelief:

It's the best anecdotal evidence I can come up with. If it were you you would use your work place for an example.

Fox number one ratings only gets 3 million viewers out of 300 million. Most people don't watch the news or the ratings for the various news agencies would be much higher than it is. And my argument is it's because people are more concerned with paying the bills and their day to day meager existences than the world around them.

in a choice between bad and worse, people will still vote for the bad choice. Independents must see the republican candidates as worse choices.

Obamacare doesn't truly go into effect until 2014.

Also independents are more likely to vote for a more centered candidate while the republicans keep creeping more and more to the right.

Ah, so Republicans are fortune tellers giving us their vision of the future then when they keep repeating the claim that Obamacare is costing jobs.

No. The effective date of the legislation creating Obamacare goes into effect in 2014. A few provisions are currently effective, but the law won't go into full effect until 2014.

Well I don't think it means a candidate who meditates or something...:confuse:

Our country has historically voted in candidates who are percieved by Moderates and Independents, as not being too far to the Left or Right. Bush was percieved a "too Conservative" by Extreme Liberals (HA!) but fairly centrist by those who decide the vote. Obama was (and is) seen as too Liberal (Again HA!) by Extreme Conservatives but again, as fairly Centrist everyone else - which is why he leads in every poll.

Nice non-answer. As I said, why then are GOP supporters claiming that Obamacare is costing jobs NOW?
