REALITY:

Illegal invading criminal filth commit tens of thousands of rapes and sexual assaults every year often involving victims under the age of 18.

We can agree that the victims were racists if these boys were brown and spoke Spanish - even though these Hispanics may be Caucasians. The victims may not have asked the boys if they had papers so the whole thing could have been the ignorance of the victims' filing a complaint without all of the facts.

Then, I would advise that you support the rest of the growing crowd displeased with the current administration for refusing to acknowledge and enforce the current laws as they are written. These laws may not agree with your agenda, but until they are changed, the rule of law stands. After all, this is not the USSR.

And which laws are that? Are you going to tell me that the moment one of your relatives commits a heinous act will give permission to the police to not only arrest you, but charge you, and eventually convict you based on guilty by association?

The law is on my side. The person will go through the judicial system. He will be read his Miranda rights, charged, tried/plea deal, convicted, and sentenced. Upon completion of that sentence, he will then be deported. What the law does not say, in any way shape or form, is to charge or even suspect other illegals for the same crime. That is your argument here.

However, when dealing with the law, the law is quite specific on what the remedy is and how one is deported, if that is the remedy. but if an alien who is illegal is able to file for relief, then the law should grant them that as well. Right?
