Well for starters, if your statement is partially false, that in itself is a problem. If we do not reject the parts of the statement that are false, then we are setting a poor precedence where we enable dishonesty. More importantly, I cannot accept a claim that something is 0 as being mostly true, when in fact it is not 0.. but even if I did find the statement to be mostly true, the logical thing would still be to reject the parts of the statement that are not true.

The US vets candidates to assure they meet requirements. Obama was vetted just like the rest, and they reported that he met requirements.

Yes it was the STATES who vaccinated people because STATES have the infrastructure and people to do it and work with the local businesses. The plans were in place with agreements already set with the major pharamacy chains and local health boards. And it was the CDC that made the call on the roll outs and who would get them first are you saying they should not have and should have just sent them all out in a free for all? Here in my state they were available as soon as they were approved for those top tiers and the day the CDC opened it up for my group I made an appointment and got it two days later.
