It was an error. Of course I meant WWII and that a lesson was learned from WWI.
Oh yes, 1953 under the Eisenhower Administration. Still upset about that, huh? Are you pressing for democracy in Iran now?
And you buy into that because of something that occurred during the Cold War? What does that say about "Global Polls"?[/QUOTE]

Yes, for us it is, but in the great Cosmos nothing is done unwisely, everything is somehow interconnected... the result of some action. Karma, to me, is the only explanation.

When and how exactly did the East India Company support a tribe in the Arabian Peninsula?

    https://www.britannica.com/topic/East-India-Company

The communists were allied with the Nazis. The communists only fought the Nazis because Hitler betrayed them.

Have you studied the psychology of terror attacks victims' families? How can you claim to know what thousands of people are feeling and thinking? How can you claim to know what more than 300,000,000 different individuals living in US are feeling and thinking?

Why don't family members of Hindu victims of terror attacks blow themselves up in Pakistani markets?

What "fighting up close and personal" are you talking about? Fighting unarmed teenagers at a pop concert?

I'm a bit bit of touch with the US funded IRA but I understood their funding from the states dried up when Americans realised what they were funding after 9/11.
it seems some groups are still at it.

    https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2017/mar/22/psni-officers-very-lucky-to-survive-strabane-bombing

    http://www.dailystar.co.uk/news/latest-news/598994/Device-explodes-police-UK-Northern-Ireland

Then something of possible interest came up.

    http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-northern-ireland-40031377

This is likely just some pointless moron but it made me wonder if there was a possible link between the nutty end of Islam and the nutty end of Irish republican twits.
Whilst this would normally be nothing, it has potential when you remember the two main funding sources for the IRA were the great American people and Gaddafi's Libya.

Making it very clear this post is no attempt to justify the Manchester murders .. bit it does do something to explain.

    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-40051640

This story is missing something as it's shown as a one off bit reports from the area over the last few months suggest the US are following a pattern of using guided bombs to kill snipers and a lot of civilians are getting killed by US bombs.

    https://www.thestar.com/news/world/...ct-mosul-civilians-amnesty-international.html

This has been going on for ages so you can see how some people are going to be a bit pissed off at the US and UK.

You're no mind reader and have no clue how people actually felt. Many were totally against that war.

Many of them in self-serving hindsight. Just like many Trump voters will be retroactively Never Trump after the orange shitgibbon is run out of office.

It seems some must shoulder the burdens from Karma much more than others. What did these young women do to deserve this?

I was always against it, and so were many others. Where were you at the time?

Maybe you should take your own advice. Off to Religion and Beliefs section you go? Your 30 pages of ranting hystericalaly about Islam and your " pro facts" diatribes are soundly debunked by rational people throughout.

Get it sir? 30 pages of anti Religion ranting not addressing the OP belongs over there

Giving thanks my brother's term in the Navy was up before we invaded. Told my then-wife on 9/11 that Iraq was screwed, whether they had anything to do with it or not, because of the Shrub's daddy issues and neocons masturbating to war porn since 1991.

    And I was right...

The slaughtered 8 year olds have a Karmonic debt that needed to be paid? I have a better explanation, EVIL. And evil people are only stopped by the firm resolve and the willingness to engage in violence, of good people.

Youth Issues Cry for Help from Manchester Arena

"Officials from Britain’s National Health Service offered regret that — despite having one of the world’s best-known socialized health systems — the government was unable to help the youth before his untimely death."

I think that you need to figure out what "indiscriminate" means. If our bombing campaigns were "indiscriminate" there wouldn't be a lot of habitable land left in the Middle East.

Hey, if you think that civilian casualties are reason enough to never fight a war that's fine, I just think it's a ridiculous position.

At this point war should no longer be necessary. Police actions should be enough.

Depends. I'll leave that decision up to our military. Obviously ISIS is a proper army, so bombings are appropriate.

We had a rather large "police action" in Vietnam. It looked a lot like war to me.

It is not the job of the military to make such decisions.

Whether or not a bombing is appropriate in a certain situation? You think the President should sign off on every bombing?
