2023 By-Election for Mayor of Toronto, Canada

Apparently I have until May 12, 2023 to gather up twenty five nomination signatures so that I could also join in the race to become Mayor of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

I truly am impressed to see how many people have already gotten their nomination signatures and have already began to campaign.

Good morning Dennis,

Earlier this week, I joined friends at various events including the Harry Jerome Awards hosted by the Black Business and Professional Association, the celebration of Khalsa Day with Sikh communities at City Hall, the University of the West Indies (UWI Canada) Scholarship Galahonouring some well deserved recipients.

As the daughter of a labourer, and as a supporter of working Torontonians, I was also honoured to participate in the National Day of Mourning for Workers. We must continue to improve conditions for workers today and in the future.

I also met and had great conversations with people across the city, inScarborough, in North York, at Regent Park, in Willowdale, in Toronto-St Paul, at both St. Patrick & Scarborough Centre TTC stations, at Yonge & Dundas Square and had a riveting tele-townhall with residents of Etobicoke.

There are only 53 days to go before Election Day, together, let’s make it happen.

I want this campaign to be win - win - win for all of us and on that note my opponent, Ms. D..... F......, has gotten several positive comments that she did a good job and worked very hard on Sherbrooke Village Old Fashioned Christmas events over these past several years.

One of the major reasons why I decided to campaign for the office of Municipal Councillor for St. Mary's District #1, Sherbrooke, was to attempt to find five or more volunteers willing to give their time to attempt to set up some sort of St. Mary's District Volunteerism Hour or Dollar, similar to Tamworth Hours or Calgary Dollars.

During the Great Depression, Irving Fischer Ph. D. visited the town of Worgl, Austria that had initiated a local currency as an experiment. Previous to this there had been mass unemployment and 4/5 local factories had closed down. In only six weeks unemployment in Worgl virtually disappeared.

"Inspired by his vision, hundreds of communities began issuing their own currency, and by 1934 there were over 1,000 local communities using ‘scrip’ throughout the U.S.

Every one of these communities experienced a tremendous rejuvenation of their local economies. They thrived while others suffered. Fisher then met with President Franklin D. Roosevelt, proposing the implementation of government-sanctioned local ‘scrip’ in every community in America. When FDR consulted with his top financial advisors and bankers, however, he was advised to shut all the ‘scrip’ systems down, which he did. Instead, he borrowed large amounts of money from bankers, at interest, and used it to pay for the Reconstruction Finance Corporation and the other work-creation projects, which collectively came to be known as the ‘New Deal.’" (Francis and Lia Ayley, whatcomwatch .org)

Dear Ms. Khalid, Minister Sean Fraser met me at the Sherbrooke Lions Hall in the summer of 2016 and he taught me the phrase "Quantative Easing."

I was actually there in 2015 when he gave his speech announcing his intentions to represent the Liberal Party in Central Nova, N. S. I was a member of Canada's Liberal Party from 2009 to 2015.

I put forward a theory a few days ago that I believe may be of interest to both you as well as to Mr. Minister Fraser.

Will world peace begin with immigrants from many nations who go to Canada and find out ways to address the root causes of the conflicts that were going on in the nations that they left?

I am hopeful that this will be the case, for example, immigrants to Canada from the Middle East may be able to turn the world away from the Al Gore Carbon Tax Theory and the Bill Gates, "Innovation to zero" emissions theory, and instead adopt the more down to earth approach to Climate Change advocated in the Jewish, Islamic and Christian scriptures as well as by a New Mexico biologist and coach.

Here is an ancient Islamic prediction that sounds like a brilliant response to both the threat of rising ocean levels... as well as to the Economic Crisis that it appears some influential people seem to want to occur.

If we cool it down too much, we will begin to have devastatingly harsh winters in large populated areas and even cause an ice age to set in.”

To what degree is the national debt of Canada a practical joke?

As evidence for my theory I will give you some information on the brilliant Bank of Canada policy that was applied her from 1938 to 1974.

(Ms. Betty Krawczyk ) .... "The Bank of Canada was first established by Prime Minister Richard Bennet in 1935 as a private central bank, but was then nationalized by William Lyon Mackenzie King in 1938. By nationalizing the bank, Mackenzie King meant for it to belong to the people so the Canadian government could borrow funds with little or no interest for capital expenditures. The mandate of the newly nationalized Bank of Canada was to act as the banker to the government and to manage the public debt. As Mackenzie King famously said: “Once a nation parts with the control of their currency and credit, it matters not who makes that nation’s laws. Usury, once in control, will wreck any nation. Until the control of the issue of currency and credit is restored to government and recognized as its most sacred responsibility, all talk of sovereignty of parliament and of democracy is idle and futile.”

So the Bank of Canada was nationalized in 1938 and the government could now borrow money with little or no interest. And it worked. The Canadian government built freeways, public transportation systems, subway line, airports, the St. Lawrence Seaway and funded a national health care system and the Canada Pension Plan. But then Trudeau, under the influence of the international financial group called Basel’s
Committee’s Recommendations (The Basel Committee on Banking Supervision) made the decision to halt the borrowing of money from the Bank of Canada, and instead, chose to borrow from the private banks who instead of lending to the government at no interest, or low interest, introduced higher interest rates along with compound interest.

All banks know very well the magic of compound interest. And Pierre Trudeau must have known that the mounting compounded national debt would lead to Canadians eventually owing a dollar fifty for every dollar of their disposable incomes. After all, he studied economics at the London School of Economics. Surely the professors there knew about compound interest.

So Pierre Trudeau, instead of feeling blessed that Canada, unlike the US, had a nationalized central bank, signed our bank away to the private banks. Couldn’t Trudeau, such an educated man, surmise that citizens in a few years would be struggling to make car payments and meet rent and mortgages and student loans and to buy healthy food while last year’s profits for the big five (that’s Royal Bank, TD Bank, Scotiabank, Bank of Montreal and CIBC amounted to $31.7 billion?) If he did, he didn’t care. But it doesn’t have to be this way. It really doesn’t. Our Bank of
Canada is still there. Next time." (Ms. Betty Krawczyk)

I actually voted for P. M. Pierre E. Trudeau a couple of times when I was young......
and.....
I do believe that the rapid spiralling of the Canadian and USA deficit and national debt can be traced back to his error in 1974. His decision to stop using the Bank of Canada, (that is technically owned by all Canadians), to create nearly half of the total money supply of Canada has been a disaster just as Ms. Betty Krawczyk explained.

Since 1974 only the printed Canadian currency notes can be created without creating Compound Interest Owing over time! So since P. M. Pierre E. Trudeau's error only two percent of the money supply of Canada can be created without it being borrowed from a privately owned bank.

The 1938 to 1974 Bank of Canada policy was working so well that the fooling of the American people could not have been pulled off without messing up the rather brilliant Canadian economic experiment!

My name is Dennis Tate. I lived most of my forty seven years in West Lochiel Lake, Guysborough County. I am running for MLA as an independent in the area of Pictou Centre so that I can help as many people as possible become more aware of what I am sure is the real reason why our roads are in disrepair, why hospital beds are unused, why so many of the rural schools have been shut down, why our soldiers in Afghanistan are poorly equipped and why many if not most of our young people may have to leave Nova Scotia to find jobs.

When well trained workers have high quality technology to work with then the total of all wages and benefits paid out to employees is only a fraction of the retail value of the products they produce. As a result of this fact the only way to move products out of warehouses is to extend higher and higher levels of credit. One problem with an abundance of red ink is that compound interest on all this government, business and personal debt over a period of decades will grow to astronomical levels. At this time there is approximately TEN TIMES as much debt in Canada as there is money. A simple explanation for how this happened can be seen here:

In my opinion this rather simple mathematical problem is perhaps the number one cause of inflation in the Canadian economy over the past three decades. This is also perhaps the number one reason why our costs of production are so high and Canadian products cannot compete on the world markets as well as they could under better conditions.

From 1940 to 1970 the Government of Canada put roughly half of the total money supply into the economy through loans issued through the federally owned Bank of Canada. Provincial and municipal governments could borrow the money to build roads, schools, hospitals and sewage treatment facilities at zero or one percent interest. In 1970 we changed our system and since that time a higher and higher percentage of all government debt is financed through loans issued through privately owned banks. At this time it is ninety eight percent. This policy may be great for our banking sector but it was estimated that in the one year of 1995 alone our federal government could have saved roughly SIXTY FIVE BILLION DOLLARS in interest payments if we had gone back to creating half the total money supply through these low interest rate loans issued through the bank that is OWNED BY ALL CANADIANS.

Considering that our deficit was approximately thirty billion dollars for that year, simply by changing back to an already proven monetary and banking system, we could theoretically have had a FEDERAL BUDGET SURPLUS OF THIRTY FIVE BILLION DOLLARS in 1995.

The massive cutbacks in the Canadian military, in health care, highway construction, social programs and education were profoundly affected by these accounting practices?

So what can you and I do about this problem?
1. If we will do our homework and study this question we can put pressure on our provincial level politicians to create a provincially owned bank. A true Bank of Nova Scotia owned by all Nova Scotians could be used to finance town and municipal government projects at zero or one percent interest just as The Bank of Canada used to do.

2. Town and municipal government officials in New Glasgow, Stellarton and Trenton should seriously consider creating a local currency unit such as has been done in Ithaca, New York.

This is a great way to promote local businesses and help sustain rural economies.

3. It is also possible for groups of concerned individuals to get together and organize a local barter exchange as a cooperative. Mr. Rob Assels has been instrumental in just such an initiative in the Tatamagouche and River John area so surely we can get similar organizations up and running here in New Glasgow, Pictou, Stellarton, Trenton and Westville. Note.... usually the provinces of Canada paid the Bank of Canada two percent interest on those loans from the Bank of Canada but when the provinces repaid those loans the principal and interest was put back into the treasury, which resulted in a net cost of zero interest to Canadian taxpayers!

I am hopeful that a return to using Canada's own Bank of Canada in the same way the we did from 1938 to 1974 could completely finance a Basic Minimum Income just from the SAVINGS IN INTEREST PAYMENTS!!!!

Five hundred dollars per Canadian per month, can this work?

5. hire landscapers to do certain projects on their properties
6. pay down their debt loads, especially the higher interest ones
7. buy a new home rather than renting
8. buy a cottage outside the city so that they can get away for weekends
9. many will choose to move to rural Canada in order to escape relatively hectic city life
10. eat at nice restaurants more often

I suspect that less than ten percent of Canadians will attempt to live off this five hundred dollars / month and simply use it to drink or smoke more.
To whatever degree this happens the worst cases where these Canadians put themselves and others in danger this can be dealt with by issuing food stamps vs a monthly check.

I have listened to an audio video over and over again that explains what President Obama did from 2009 - 2014 and I came up with this idea because it is close to being the OPPOSITE to what President Obama did. He gave billions to the top one percent of the top one percent of the INVESTOR CLASS of Americans........ .and if he was expecting a trickle down effect to create jobs..... that certainly DID NOT happen!

Technically I am also advocating a variation of Quantitative Easing but......
my plan of sending it to ALL CANADIAN CITIZENS vs sending it pretty much all to INVESTORS.... makes my plan uniquely different.

Also..... I do have to admit that if Canada's government decided to do one year at two hundred and fifty per month per citizen or legal resident...... this might be a good way to test my program to see how it work and give companies an opportunities to better plan for the shift in the Canadian economy.

I suspect that this plan will be emulated in the USA shortly after its success in Canada becomes obvious to the majority of us.

If I can increase awareness of Canadian economic history here in the Toronto area I believe that Toronto can shift economic policies for all of Canada. The City of Toronto drives the economy of Ontario, and since Ontario has over fourteen million residents out of only thirty eight million Canadians in all of Canada... I have good reason to feel that the key to shifting the economy of Canada lies here in the Greater Toronto Area.

One of the ideas that I have in mind is to attempt to educate more people in the Toronto area on the history of how ordinary people actually put pressure on President Franklin D. Roosevelt to come up with the New Deal. The only way that I know how to do this is to actually quote how that was done such as in this other discussion.

I am hoping that a Toronto Dollar, similar to www.CalgaryDollars/ca can put pressure on local, provincial and federal governments to make some positive economic reforms.

What Irving Fisher Ph. D. accomplished in a thousand communities in the USA during the Great Depression was also applied in Calgary and in many other Canadian towns and cities.

We all use money every day. Some of us think we know what money is. Yet ask the average person for a clear, scientifically accurate definition of money, and you will get a confusing muddle of unclear answers.

Despite all we may think we know about money and how to use it wisely, we have all been educated by our culture to have many incorrect and illusory beliefs about money. In this article, the first of three, we will look at one of these misconceptions: the idea that our present economic system is the only viable system in existence.

Most of us assume there is only one kind of money: the coins and paper money we use every day, issued by a central bank. The truth is that there are many different money systems available to facilitate the exchange of goods and services we all need. Some systems issue printed money, others issue electronic money. Some are time-based, others use units of currency. Some systems issue money only from a centralized banking system, while others issue it locally. The variety is endless, and like everything else, some systems of exchange are better than others.

Our current national money system, for instance, regularly and periodically fails. Ironically, this is called “the business cycle.” This boom-and-bust cycle has become enshrined within mainstream economic theory as inevitable and unavoidable. Large and small collapses of the money system occur in every country at some time. Occasionally, as in the Great Depression of the 1930s, the collapse is catastrophic.

Whenever the traditional money system collapses, people start asking questions. Why do we need money in order to trade? Isn’t there a better money system? How can we trade with each other despite a lack of money? Invariably, people invent alternative money systems, to compensate for the failure of traditional mainstream money. This cycle of failure and re-creation of viable alternatives has been going on for centuries.

Some of the alternative money systems turned out to be vastly superior to bank-issued traditional money. However, once the mainstream economy stabilized, alternative currencies have typically been suppressed by banking institutions and world governments, as they do not serve the interests of the banking world. An example of this occurred in 1932, in the small town of Worgl in Austria.

Worgl, like many other European towns and cities, was hit hard by the Great Depression. There was mass unemployment; four of the five local factories had closed, and the people were starving in the streets. Nobody had any money to buy anything. One of the features of an economic depression is that there is not enough money in circulation to ensure that people can meet their basic needs, and in the 1930s, the shortage of currency in many countries of the world became catastrophic.

The mayor of Worgl, together with local businessmen, decided to try to break this economic impasse by creating their own local currency. They printed and issued 60,000 Austrian shillings worth of local currency. These shillings could only be spent in Worgl, so they remained in the local community and were exchanged over and over again.

The positive impact was immediate and surprising to everyone. In only six weeks, unemployment disappeared, all the factories had reopened and everyone had food. For the inhabitants of Worgl, the economic depression was gone. This dramatic transformation became known as the “miracle of Worgl.” Surrounding towns, inspired by the success of Worgl, immediately started printing their own local currencies.

Sadly, the miracle did not last long. When the Austrian Central Bank heard about Worgl’s local currency, they initiated legal proceedings against the mayor and local businessmen. According to Austrian banking law, it was illegal for anyone except the Austrian Central Bank to issue money. The bank won the court case, and the mayor was ordered to shut down the local currency, which he did, under threat of imprisonment. The town then returned to the devastating economic depression of the 1930s, with all the human pain and suffering associated with this catastrophe. Factories closed, and once again, the people starved.

Alternative Currency in the U.S.
Irving Fisher, an American professor of economics at Yale University, visited Worgl before the local currency was suppressed and witnessed the ‘miracle’ firsthand. When he returned to the United States, Fisher spread the word by traveling and lecturing across the country, advocating the use of the Worgl ‘scrip’ everywhere. Inspired by his vision, hundreds of communities began issuing their own currency, and by 1934 there were over 1,000 local communities using ‘scrip’ throughout the U.S.

Every one of these communities experienced a tremendous rejuvenation of their local economies. They thrived while others suffered. Fisher then met with President Franklin D. Roosevelt, proposing the implementation of government-sanctioned local ‘scrip’ in every community in America. When FDR consulted with his top financial advisors and bankers, however, he was advised to shut all the ‘scrip’ systems down, which he did. Instead, he borrowed large amounts of money from bankers, at interest, and used it to pay for the Reconstruction Finance Corporation and the other work-creation projects, which collectively came to be known as the ‘New Deal.’ So ended the last widespread use of a local currency within the U.S.

This pattern of economic collapse and re-emergence of local currencies has occurred thousands of times in many parts of the world. When these currencies have failed or have been suppressed, banks have not always been to blame. Sometimes, local currencies fail because they have been badly designed or implemented. Sometimes, people lose interest in them when the mainstream economy recovers. But they have always returned in one form or another during times of economic failure.

Our present world situation is uniquely different. Despite a relatively prosperous and stable world economy, a quiet monetary revolution has been occurring around the globe over the last 20 years. Awareness is growing about the flaws in our current monetary system, and people are re-creating viable alternatives. We are witnessing for the first time the worldwide creation of money systems designed by the people who use them, instead of by central banks.

So, last week I wondered if someone was sleeping or whether this was intentional when they included this video about private equity in my Finance class. It's a video, but it's only 3 minutes long.

So, at first, it looks like a cheery video, but if you watch it, it keeps cutting away to a nightmare world with the facts of our reality.

Last week I was leaning towards a mistake because otherwise, it would mean that they are teaching this next generation to be suspicious and try to escape our current system.

This week, we're covering financial ethics and major financial scams and scandals of the past few years, and I see that last week's video wasn't an accident.

Our financial system is festering with all sorts of corruption, scams, and greed. It's on main-street, it's on Wall Street, it's even in our financial oversight agencies and in government. It's plain to see that our financial system is a (badly made) house of cards that is just waiting to collapse. There's no accountability, no risk. The scammers and crooks may not receive any punishment at all and will be bailed out and made whole by the taxpayers.

I'll be happy when our system collapses, and I look forward to it. But now I wonder if that was the whole point of that lesson or whether they're trying to desensitize me to that system in preparation for future, higher-level financial courses where I'll learn the truth of how our system really works and what I'd be expected to do in the workplace.

I live about one hundred miles from an area of the world that I strongly suspect is in the position of the proverbial "canary in a coal mine" as far as the danger of rising ocean levels is concerned.

In my part of Nova Scotia, the difference between high tide and low tide will be as little as one meter but in parts of the Bay of Fundy the difference can be between 52 to 56 feet. The Bay of Fundy has a funneling effect on tidal waters.

There are 143,000 acres of productive farmland in that area that have been taken back from the ocean by dikes. I am worried that if ocean levels rose by as little as thirty centimeters that part of the Bay of Fundy could be hit by high tides that could perhaps be close to five meters higher than normal.

I am willing to go all out and make a fool of myself on a totally voluntary basis to attempt to soothe my conscience that I tried my best to do what needs to be done at this time to set in motion a series of events that could actually prevent ocean levels from rising at all?!?!

You can see one of my films that I will give you legal rights to use for one dollar if you will follow down in the comments in this note....and I will sure try to do more for you if you are willing and able to do something with this film concept.
Basically the concept for the film series that I have in mind involves a major star, such as Jim Carrey, playing the role of my grandfather, George Malloy. Johnny Galecki, (Leonard on Big Bang Theory), would be ideal to play the role of my Uncle William Malloy who was killed in Italy on January 2, 1945.

The film takes place in 1938 and 1939 and postulates an entirely different ending to the M. S. St. Louis saga that, as you can guess alters the future so that Uncle Bill not only is not killed in Italy but the holocaust is prevented from occurring.

I love the idea of 28 BILLION George Malloy/Jim Carrey Dollars being printed up, that work much like www.CalgaryDollars.ca except that they are in a sense props in a series of films designed to inspire several companies and nations to get working on a plan to turn deserts green, combat malnutrition worldwide, stabilize the climate all at the same time that we stimulate organized barter and create some jobs in the Nova Scotia, Montreal, USA and Israeli film market!Proposal for the creation of a Quebec provincial currency unit to save coastal communities from threat of rising ocean levels.

Most North American churches have a desire to assist the poor and the oppressed. Well ....... .. in 2014 efforts by a group of socially active Christians could easily transform dozens of homeless people into actors ......... who are playing the role of homeless people ....... . and the specific efforts to help them could becomes scenes in a series of documentary and reality films designed to give the homeless people a job that finances their getting an apartment or at least a group home.

Angelo

“There is still someone you must meet before you return to the battle,” He said as we walked. As we did, I continued to be astonished by how much more glorious He had become than even a few minutes before.

“Every time you see Me with the eyes of your heart, your mind is renewed a little bit more,” He proceeded to say. “One day you will be able to abide in My presence continually. When you do that, all you have learned by My Spirit will be readily available to you, and I will be available to you.”

I could hear and understand everything He said, but I was so captured by His glory that I just had to ask Him, “Lord, why are you so much more glorious now than when You first appeared to me as Wisdom?”

“I have never changed, but you have. You are changed as you behold My glory with an unveiled face. The experiences you have had are removing the veils from your face so that you can see Me more clearly. Yet nothing removes them as quickly as when you behold My love.”

He then stopped, and I turned to look at those on the thrones next to us. We were still in the place where the highest kings were sitting. Then I recognized a man who was close by.

“Sir, I know you from somewhere, but I simply cannot remember where.”

“You once saw me in a vision,” he replied.

I immediately remembered, and was shocked! “So you were a real person?”

“Yes,” he replied.

I remembered the day when, as a young Christian, I had become frustrated with some issues in my life. I went out into the middle of a battlefield park near my apartment and determined that I would wait until the Lord spoke to me. As I sat reading my Bible, I was caught up into a vision, one of the first ones I ever had. In the vision I saw a man who was zealously serving the Lord. He was continually witnessing to people, teaching the Bible, and visiting the sick to pray for them. He was very zealous for the Lord, and had a genuine love for people. Then I saw another man, named Angelo, who was obviously a tramp or a homeless person. When a small kitten wandered into his path, he started to kick it but restrained himself, though he still shoved it out of the way rather harshly with his foot. Then the Lord asked me which of these men pleased Him the most.

“The first,” I said without hesitating.

“No, the second,” He responded, and began to tell me their stories.

He shared that the first man had been raised in a wonderful family, which had always known the Lord. He grew up in a thriving church and then attended one of the best Bible colleges in the country. He had been given one hundred portions of His love, but he was using only seventy-five.

The second man had been born deaf. He was abused and kept in a dark, cold attic until he was found by the authorities when he was eight years old. He had then been shifted from one institution to another, where the abuse continued. Finally, he was turned out on the streets. The Lord had only given him three portions of His love to help him overcome all of this, but he had mustered every bit of it to fight the rage in his heart and keep from hurting the kitten.

I now looked at that man, a king sitting on a throne far more glorious than Solomon could have even imagined. Hosts of angels were arrayed about him, waiting to do his bidding. I turned to the Lord in awe. I still could not believe he was real, much less one of the great kings.

“Lord, please tell me the rest of His story,” I begged.

“Of course, that is why we are here. Angelo was so faithful with the little I had given to him that I gave him three more portion of My love. He used all of that to quit stealing. He almost starved, but he refused to take anything that was not his. He bought his food with what he could make collecting bottles, and occasionally he found someone who would let him do yard work.

‘Angelo could not hear but he had learned to read, so I sent him a gospel tract. As he read it, the Spirit opened his heart, and he gave his life to Me. I again doubled the portions of My love to Him, and he faithfully used all of them. He wanted to share Me with others, but he could not speak. Even though he lived in such poverty, he started spending over half of everything he made on gospel tracts to give out on street corners.”

“How many did he lead to you?” I asked, thinking that it must have been multitudes for him to be sitting with the kings.

“One,” the Lord answered. “In order to encourage him, I let him lead a dying alcoholic to Me. It encouraged him so much that he would have stood on that corner for many more years just to bring another soul to repentance. But all of heaven was entreating to bring him here quickly, and I, too, wanted him to receive his reward.”

A Different Kind of Martyr

“But what did Angelo do to become a king here?” I asked.

“He was faithful with all that he was given. He overcame all until he became like Me, and he died a martyr”

“But what did he overcome, and how was he martyred?”

“He overcame the world with My love. Very few have overcome so much with so little. Many of My people dwell in homes with conveniences that kings would have envied just a century ago, yet they do not appreciate them. Angelo, on the other hand, would so appreciate even a cardboard box on a cold night that he would turn it into a glorious temple of My presence.

He began to love everyone and everything. He would rejoice more over an apple than some of My people do over a great feast. He was faithful with all that I gave him, even though it was not very much compared to what I gave others, including you. I showed him to you in a vision because you passed by him many times. Once you even pointed him out to one of your friends and spoke of him.”

“I did? What did I say?”

“You said, ‘There is another one of those Elijah’s who must have escaped from the bus station.’ You said he was ‘a religious nut’ who was sent by the enemy to turn people off to the gospel.”

This was the worst blow I had yet suffered in this whole experience. I was more than shocked, I was appalled. I tried to remember the specific incident, but couldn’t—simply because there were so many others like it. I had never had much compassion for filthy Street preachers, considering them tools of Satan sent to turn people off to the gospel.

“I’m sorry, Lord. I’m really sorry.”

“You are forgiven,” He quickly responded. And you are right that there are many who try to preach the gospel on the streets for wrong or even perverted reasons. Even so, there are many who are sincere, even if they are untrained and unlearned. You must not judge by appearances. There are as many true servants who look like he did as there are among the polished professionals in the great cathedrals and organizations that men have built in My Name.” He then motioned for me to look up at Angelo. When I had turned, he had descended the steps to his throne and was now right in front of me. Opening his arms, he gave me a great hug and kissed my forehead like a father. Love poured over me and through me until I felt that it would overload my nervous system. When he finally released me, I was staggering as if I were drunk, but it was a wonderful feeling. It was love like I had never felt before. “He could have imparted that to you on earth,” the Lord continued. “He had much to give to My people, but they would not come near him. Even My prophets avoided him. He grew in the faith by buying a Bible and a couple of books that he read over and over He tried to go to churches, but he could not find one that would receive him. If they would have taken him in, they would have taken Me in. He was My knock upon their door.” I was learning a new definition of grief. “How did he die?” I asked, remembering that he had been martyred. Based on what I had seen so far, I was half expecting that I somehow was even responsible for that. “He froze to death trying to keep alive an old wino who had passed out in the cold.”

The Unlikely Overcomer

As I looked at Angelo, I could not believe how hard my heart had been. Even so, I did not understand how dying in this way made him a martyr, which I thought was a title reserved for those who died because they would not com promise their testimony of the lordship of Christ.

“Lord, I know that he is truly an overcomer,” I remarked. “And it truly is warranted for him to be here. But are those who die in such a way actually considered martyrs?”

Angelo was a martyr every day that he lived. He would only do enough for himself to stay alive, and he gladly sacrificed his life to save a needy friend. As Paul wrote to the Corinthians, even if you give your body to be burned, but do not have love, it counts as nothing. But, when you give yourself with love, it counts for much. ‘Angelo died every day, because he did not live for himself but for others. Even though he always considered himself the least of the saints, he was truly one of the greatest. As you have already learned, many of those who consider themselves the greatest, and are considered by others to be the greatest, end up being the least here. Angelo did not die for a doctrine, or even for his testimony, but he did die for Me.”

“Lord, please help me to remember this. When I return, please do not let me forget what I am seeing here,” I begged.

“That is why I am with you here, and I will be with you when you return. Wisdom is to see with My eyes, and to not judge by appearances. I showed you Angelo in the vision so that you would recognize him when you passed him on the street. If you had shared with him the knowledge of his past that I had shown you in the vision, he would have given his life to me then. You could have then discipled this great king, and he would have had a great impact on My church.

“If My people would look at others the way I do, Angelo and many others like him would have been recognized. They would have been paraded into the greatest pulpits. My people would have come from the ends of the earth to sit at their feet, because by doing this they would have sat at My feet. He would have taught you to love, and how to invest the gifts that I have given you so that you could bear much more fruit.” I was so ashamed that I did not want to even look at the Lord, but finally I turned back to Him as I felt the pain driving me toward self-centeredness again. When I looked at Him, I was virtually blinded by His glory. It took a while, but gradually my eyes adjusted so that I could see Him.

“Remember that you are forgiven,” He said. “I am not showing you these things to condemn you, but to teach you. Always remember that compassion will remove the veils from your soul faster than anything else.”

As we began to walk again, Angelo entreated me, “Please remember my friends, the homeless. Many will love our Savior if someone will go to them.”

His words had such power in them that I was too moved to answer, so I just nodded. I knew that those words were the decree of a great king, and a great friend of the King of Kings.

“Lord, will you help me to help the homeless?” I asked.

“I will help any who help them,” He responded. “When you love those whom I love, you will always know My help. They will be given the Helper by the measure of their love. You have asked many times for more of My anointing; that is how you will receive it. Love those whom I love. As you love them, you love Me. As you give to them, you have given to Me, and I will give more to you in return.”

but they are a great way to get started if you are a website developer and you want to make an example of your work.

If homeless people became actors playing the role of themselves.....
and if people doing a work for the homeless set up a film production cooperative.......
those homeless people would have to be paid minimum wage in Canadian dollars but then if those videos are successful......
the number of hours put into the cooperative by each member of the cooperative could finance building homes for the homeless!

Getting Toronto Dollars started again has enormous potential.... especially considering the circumstances that all of us are in now.

Local currencies: 'In the U.S. we don't trust'

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) -- It may seem like Monopoly money to outsiders, but a growing number of communities across the U.S. are using homegrown local currencies to stimulate their economies and protect themselves from the nation's broader economic woes.

While there were only about 20 active community currencies in the United States in 2009, there has been a recent resurgence, with at least a dozen communities developing their own currencies in the past couple of years, estimates Loren Gatch, a professor of political science at the University of Central Oklahoma who researches these alternative currencies. In addition, currencies that have been around for years have seen a spike in interest, with membership doubling in some cases.

"Economic instability is on peoples' minds," said Gatch.

Now, even state governments are exploring the option. Lawmakers in more than 10 states, including Virginia, Georgia, South Carolina, Idaho and Tennessee, have been circulating proposals to introduce alternative currencies -- many of which would be issued in the form of gold or silver coins.

The Constitution prohibits individual states from printing and issuing paper money as legal tender, but they are allowed to use coins as currency, said Gatch. Individual communities, however, are able to create their own currencies -- including paper notes. Anyone can do it -- as long as the money is easily distinguishable from U.S. dollars and values are tied to the U.S. dollar so that income remains taxable.

Fear factor: Francis Ayley, the founder of Life Dollars, a currency started in Bellingham, Wash., in 2004, said fear of a shortage of U.S. dollars and frustration with the growing wealth gap in the country are driving more people to his currency. Since a majority of the transactions occur online and funds are directly transferred between members, the supply of Life Dollars is unlimited, he said.

The number of people or businesses signed up to use the currency, or members as Ayley refers to them, had remained relatively stable at 250 to 350 for years. But in the past two years, membership has doubled to more than 700. The currency's use has expanded beyond Bellingham to Seattle, too, where 75 new members have signed on in the past six months. Ayley estimates that more than $1 million worth of transactions have been made so far.

Funny money? 11 local currencies
"Many people are short of cash because they are unemployed or under-employed ... many are questioning what they have been told about the economy and the way the free market supposedly works," said Ayley.

John Poling, a co-founder of Cascadia Hour Exchange in Portland, Ore., which started in 1993, said interest in his currency, called the "CHE," had been dwindling until the past couple years. Now, amid fears that the national economy is crumbling and the U.S. dollar is losing its buying power, old members are starting to become active again and new membership is taking off. The exchange is even expanding to surrounding communities.

While there is a fixed exchange rate for CHE's -- each CHE equals about 10 U.S. dollars -- the currency was launched to encourage individuals and businesses to exchange goods and services locally. There's also a monthly auction where members can buy and sell items for CHE.

"The economy is in trouble and people don't trust the Federal Reserve and they don't trust the government, so this is somewhere they can turn, and somewhere they can still do business if the banks close," said Poling.

Local boost: Many alternative currencies were created in an effort to keep wealth within communities and to support local businesses.

Mo Charbonneau, the administrator of "Bay Bucks," a paper currency started in Traverse City, Mich. in 2006, said the currency is the community's "own local stimulus program."

"With everything happening in the economy and the banking sector, people are paying more attention to their local communities and there's more awareness of keeping money in our community," said Charbonneau.

Betting on the dollar in 2012
About 100 businesses now accept Bay Bucks and several companies have even recently started issuing the currency as part of employees' salaries.

Local Trade Partners, in Fayetteville, Ark., combines a local currency called the "Trade Dollar," which is equal to one U.S. dollar, with old-fashioned bartering.

An owner of an auto repair shop could change the oil in someone's car, for example, and the car's owner could pay them in Trade Dollars. The repairman could then use that money at the local restaurant, or even at the orthodontist. And because the aim is to help local businesses, members must be locally-owned -- no big corporations allowed.

"When you go to Home Depot and buy $100 worth of lumber, some of that profit is leaving your town and going to a different part of the world, never to come back," said Rich Creyer, co-founder of the currency. "By making trade money, we have created a sealed system. It's our own little economy and country in a fishbowl."

I am really glad that Ms. Ana Bailao's website was the first one that I found by any major candidate for Mayor of Toronto!

I took an introductory course in Information Technology back in Nova Scotia 2005 when I was forty six but I made a serious error in choosing Web Development Programming for the second year. My then forty seven year old brain just could NOT handle ASP.net and Java Script!!!!!

But I did learn a few things in that year and a half and my opinions on a website is at least somewhat well informed. Ms. Ana Bailao's website is, in my opinion, A WORK OF ART IN TERMS OF PROGRAMMING!!!!!!

Since Ms. Bailao is capable of getting a work of art website like this done....
then I must assume that she would also know how to organize a new and improved plan to create TORONTO DOLLARS through a DATABASE and for the long term I would suggest a SAP platform even though SAP is one of the most expensive!

The total cost of this Plan’s new initiatives is $48.5 million which will come from the City Building Fund which is forecast to generate an additional $60 million this year.

Ana has a track record of securing billions in investments from the provincial and federal governments for housing in Toronto. With the support of builders, unions, workers, Members of Parliament, Members of Provincial Parliament, and Councillors, Ana is the only candidate who will be able to secure funding from the provincial and federal governments to support people and build more homes.

"So how is our problem of continental drying causing global warming? It all has to do with vegetation and sunlight. When sun light hits a plant, it causes a process which we call photosynthesis where the energy from the sun light creates oxygen for us to breath, water for us to drink, and is stored as sugar for plants and animals to use. When the same sun light hits the soil, all of its energy turns into heat and is radiated back into the atmosphere, carried away by running surface water such as rain fall, is carried away to other areas by our winds, and diffuses down into the soil towards the earth's crust. All of this warms our planet increasing its average temperature.

Therefore, the less vegetation you have on the planet, the more sunlight is being turned into heat and the warmer the planet becomes. This is very critical because warmer and dryer winds dry out other land areas faster decreasing the vegetation on those land areas. Less humidity in the air also reflects less sun light back out into space so that more sun light strikes the earth and more heat is generated.

The truth is that you can do more to decrease global warming by just reducing the average temperature for the Sahara Desert by one or two degrees than if we humans completely quit using fossil fuels and returned to the cave.

So, how would you start working to resolve this problem? Easy, cool the deserts and get some vegetation growing on them as soon as possible. But the method is much more complex than that. You have to use the prevailing trade winds in relation to the deserts to get the best results as quickly as possible and it will be extremely expensive.

Then we build desalination plants along the coast near these water sheds and pipe water to the tops or ridges of the water sheds

This will do a number of things. First, it will increase the moisture in the desert soil so that it will develop water tables and water will begin to run in the streams. This water will increase the amount of vegetation in the area and decrease the amount of heat being generated by sun light cooling the watered area and all areas down wind of the watered area. As more available water evaporates, it will cool the air and reflect more sun light back out into space cooling the area even more. Cooler and more humid air will have less of a heating effect on areas down wind and will reflect more sun light back into space in those areas cooling areas we won't be watering yet. Cooler and more humid air will also have less of a warming effect on our seas and oceans.

Rain water running off of cooler soil will decrease the heating effect on our oceans and our planet crusts which will decrease catastrophic storm activities for other areas and seismic activity for the entire planet. Also, returning more ocean water to the surface and aquifers of our continents will lower the sea levels providing more usable land for us to farm and build on.

With cooler desert areas and increasing vegetation, less water will evaporate from our deserts increasing the amount of surface water even more and increasing the amount of vegetation and animal life by huge amounts because deserts currently take up more than 20% of our land surface. Populations will be able to spread out and there will be less competition for existing land areas.

This strategy has to be done in steps with the first step being to begin slowing the rate at which our global warming is increasing. We need to focus on that until we have brought it to a point to where the temperature is not increasing any more and is reasonably stable. While we are doing this, we need to come to a global consensus of just how cool we want to cool our planet down to. If we cool it down too much, we will begin to have devastatingly harsh winters in large populated areas and even cause an ice age to set in.

Then we begin cooling the planet down to a point which will be most beneficial for all countries or the planet as a whole. We need to gradually bring the temperature down because there may be a lag effect in which the planet will continue cooling after we stop increasing our efforts to cool it off more. We may even want to stop cooling the planet once or twice before we reach our targeted temperatures to see if there is a lag effect

We need to start working on this as soon as possible because, if the planet reaches a point to where it is warming faster than our technology can possibly stop or reverse this warming trend, then our planet is lost and all life will cease to exist on this planet within a relatively short period of time. We will need to start with the largest and hottest deserts because cooling them will have the greatest benefit in the least time. (Global Warming II by biologist Carl Cantrell).

"I am advocating recreating Toronto Dollars, (hopefully as a database because they do not need to be printed). Toronto Dollars could be used as a "prop" in a reality film series starring homeless people, as themselves. People who work with the homeless could form a film production cooperative and the video footage of before and after stories of lives being improved could grab the attention of an audience over time. Film companies that are privately owned could also be attracted into assisting to get the message out. Toronto Dollars can be used to purchase building materials to build cottages for the homeless perhaps fifty or more kilometers away from a highly priced real estate area such as Toronto. Using Toronto Dollars to purchase building materials that have been somewhat damaged but are still useful could take the idea of "Reduce, Reuse and Recycle" up to a whole new level. In a way Toronto Dollars could turn many homeless people into a market for what many companies think of as "shrink" that has been slightly damaged. Companies often attempt to sell off those products for seventy to ninety percent off from retail but they often end up being tossed in the garbage. This could become one part of what C.... ... .... TV accomplishes over the coming years and decades."

Chapter 9 - Questions and Answers

The Inner Village

As you already hopefully knowthe person and personality you are now will never die, it simply moves on. Therefore, we each will live many lifetimesand the look and feel of those lifetimes will always be completely different in comparison to the one we are living in now. So where does all the energy manifested from all these lifetimes go? Well, they accumulate (at least in-part) within our eternal Soul and all-together form what I call, "an inner village."

Ever notice how you think how you know someone, and believe yourself able to anticipate how they might react to somethingonly to find the person turning on a dime and completely shocking the heck of you in the end? Ever wonder why some people seem so "together" while others' seem to be emotionally hanging by a mere thread?

The reason for this can actually go a lot deeper than the average person might consider and is far more complicated than catching someone on a day where they may be presenting a 'different mood.'

When ever other peoplefor no apparent reasonsuddenly shift in their beliefs, have a severe mood swing, have a sudden need to move to a different part of the country or the world, start taking recreational drugs addictively, have affairs, get unexpectedly divorced and/or leave long-term relationships, make drastic career changes, have a irrational tirade or act out during a rash moment of violence ... I always suspect that somehow, somewaythat individual's inner village is most definitely involved!

Near my Los Angeles apartment in West Hollywood, there is a rather large assortment of homeless people. I have worked with a few of them. Most of these Souls suffer from what others' would call mental problems. While this may be true, in my eyes these peoples' 'mental disorders' and inability to integrate into every day society is a symptom of something much deeper. I have clairvoyantly seen that quite of few of these people are holding onto lost spiritual entities who have latched on the them because their own inner village is in such a state of confusion and chaos. This occurrence has created an avalanche of voices around and within themand the result has led them to exist in a state of madness. As I have become acquainted with a few of these people and learned their stories, I find myself constantly amazed at how little 'allowances' of destructive behavior (over time) got them to where they are now. Before they might have been considered perfectly normal, holding down good jobs and living above average lives when suddenly, BAM!the darkness around them that matched the darkness they had created within (from this life or former ones) attacked and evoked something I refer to as, "a spiritual stroke!" The only way out is Love and to be surrounded by Christ centered Love. This is the only energy that can cut through a person trapped in this state. While medication can (sometimes) help, in truth it will only temporarily by-pass the chemical strongholds that have been rooted in that person's brain. With out the energy of Love swirling around them, once the medicine has run its course, the person is left no better than before.

It is my firm belief that the psychological conditions we now refer to as split personality, bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia all come from people psychically reacting to either the energies surrounding them, such as disincarnates (who have not yet passed their energy on into the Light. These poor individuals are suffering because one or more of the members of their own inner village are trying to push their way to the front of that person's conscious mind and the result can be maddening.

Just as I wrote previously, at one time or another, we all say to ourselves, “I don’t know why I just did that.” “I don’t feel like myself right now.” “I have no idea why I got so upset!” “I can’t believe how excited I feel and I wish I could figure out why?” All these questions are statements that come from a place of eternal Soul memory, where (in truth) we are actually quite aware and subliminally knowledgeable about what changes are going on in our inner sanctum. How else would our inner alarms know when to go off when we find ourselves thinking and behaving in a manner that we find unintentional or strange. The reason why we unconsciously "do as we do" is because we are not exactly alonethere can be 'others' influencing uswhether they are physically present, disincarnated or those we hold in our inner village.

When it comes to the more difficult members we carry around in our inner village, I always like to remind myself (as well as others) that THIS LIFE is a chance to create "the antidote" that will help produce a better kind of energy. I am speaking about creating a Light in our own Soul that is so bright, it will help put those 'dark things' we may have allowed our selves to become a part of previously. Don't ever forget: A positive attitude always gives you altitude! Thus helping you to better see the scope of possibility within your own life.

So ... always seek to do what you know in your gut is the right thingand in later years (and later lives) you will be so glad you did! Why? Because within your own Soul you will build a powerful character that will know how to "rope you" and pull you back from creating additional negative energy; energy that will only bring a continuous stream of unpleasant "cause and effect situations" that follow you around everywhere you gountil such time as you learn your lesson and take responsibility for your own behavior.

I was hoping that getting into flaws in Canadian central banking policy would
give my students a better understanding of how economists and bureaucrats and political leaders were deliberately dampening the Canadian and world economy..........
that fact has some benefits and some serious drawbacks as well.

One of the positives is that deliberately dampening the economy.... and decreasing optimism... .tends to be a good thing for the environment.

My name is Dennis Tate. I lived most of my forty seven years in West Lochiel Lake, Guysborough County. I am running for MLA as an independent in the area of Pictou Centre so that I can help as many people as possible become more aware of what I am sure is the real reason why our roads are in disrepair, why hospital beds are unused, why so many of the rural schools have been shut down, why our soldiers in Afghanistan are poorly equipped and why many if not most of our young people may have to leave Nova Scotia to find jobs.

When well trained workers have high quality technology to work with then the total of all wages and benefits paid out to employees is only a fraction of the retail value of the products they produce. As a result of this fact the only way to move products out of warehouses is to extend higher and higher levels of credit. One problem with an abundance of red ink is that compound interest on all this government, business and personal debt over a period of decades will grow to astronomical levels. At this time there is approximately TEN TIMES as much debt in Canada as there is money. A simple explanation for how this happened can be seen here:
The Public-Debt Problem

In my opinion this rather simple mathematical problem is perhaps the number one cause of inflation in the Canadian economy over the past three decades. This is also perhaps the number one reason why our costs of production are so high and Canadian products cannot compete on the world markets as well as they could under better conditions.

From 1940 to 1970 the Government of Canada put roughly half of the total money supply into the economy through loans issued through the federally owned Bank of Canada. Provincial and municipal governments could borrow the money to build roads, schools, hospitals and sewage treatment facilities at zero or one percent interest. In 1970 we changed our system and since that time a higher and higher percentage of all government debt is financed through loans issued through privately owned banks. At this time it is ninety eight percent. This policy may be great for our banking sector but it was estimated that in the one year of 1995 alone our federal government could have saved roughly SIXTY FIVE BILLION DOLLARS in interest payments if we had gone back to creating half the total money supply through these low interest rate loans issued through the bank that is OWNED BY ALL CANADIANS.

Considering that our deficit was approximately thirty billion dollars for that year, simply by changing back to an already proven monetary and banking system, we could theoretically have had a FEDERAL BUDGET SURPLUS OF THIRTY FIVE BILLION DOLLARS in 1995.

The massive cutbacks in the Canadian military, in health care, highway construction, social programs and education were profoundly affected by these accounting practices?

So what can you and I do about this problem?
1. If we will do our homework and study this question we can put pressure on our provincial level politicians to create a provincially owned bank. A true Bank of Nova Scotia owned by all Nova Scotians could be used to finance town and municipal government projects at zero or one percent interest just as The Bank of Canada used to do.

2. Town and municipal government officials in New Glasgow, Stellarton and Trenton should seriously consider creating a local currency unit such as has been done in Ithaca, New York.

3. It is also possible for groups of concerned individuals to get together and organize a local barter exchange as a cooperative. I just completed the first year of the Information Technology Program at Stellarton Campus of NSCC. I am running in Pictou Centre because I know that the towns of New Glasgow, Stellarton and Trenton have the people, the industrial base and the technological capability to become powerhouses of job creation not only for this area but also for all the surrounding regions.

Creating new jobs in New Glasgow, Stellarton, and Trenton will ultimately depend on job creation in the surrounding rural areas.

The government of Newfoundland and Labrador wanted to develop a massive hydroelectric project on the Churchil River in Labrador in the 1960's. To make the development profitable, it needed to get the electricity from the site of Churchill Falls to markets in the United States. The provincial government tried to negotiate an agreement with the government of Quebec to allow the electricity to cross Quebec to the market in the United States. Instead, of agreeing to that however, the Quebec government wanted to buy the electricity from Churchill Falls itself. It would then resell the electricity to U.S. customers. By doing this, the government of Quebec would obtain the larger profits than the government of Newfoundland and Labrador, even though Newfoundland and Labrador owned the resource.

The government of Newfoundland and Labrador asked the federal government to use its constitutional power to force Quebec to cooperate, but the federal government chose not to anger Quebec by intervening in the dispute. The people of Newfoundland and Labrador were furious. Since 1972, Hydro - Quebec (owned by the province of Quebec) has earned an estimated $23.8 billion from the sale of Churchill Falls electricity to the United States, but Newfoundland and Labrador has earned only 3 percent of that amount. "I am advocating recreating Toronto Dollars, (hopefully as a database because they do not need to be printed). Toronto Dollars could be used as a "prop" in a reality film series starring homeless people, as themselves. People who work with the homeless could form a film production cooperative and the video footage of before and after stories of lives being improved could grab the attention of an audience over time. Film companies that are privately owned could also be attracted into assisting to get the message out. Toronto Dollars can be used to purchase building materials to build cottages for the homeless perhaps fifty or more kilometers away from a highly priced real estate area such as Toronto.

Using Toronto Dollars to purchase building materials that have been somewhat damaged but are still useful could take the idea of "Reduce, Reuse and Recycle" up to a whole new level. In a way Toronto Dollars could turn many homeless people into a market for what many companies think of as "shrink" that has been slightly damaged. Companies often attempt to sell off those products for seventy to ninety percent off from retail but they often end up being tossed in the garbage. This could become one part of what C.... ... .... TV accomplishes over the coming years and decades."

Toronto Dollars were in use several years ago so hopefully the same people who were involved back then will be encouraged by the idea of doing this as a DATABASE where the notes DO NOT actually need to be printed, (although that is an option that has been used successfully in the City of Calgary, Alberta, Canada).

p.p.s. ... The following information related to alternative currencies is essentially true here in Canada as well. If you were to earn ten thousand Calgary Dollars in the year 2024, you need to claim them as income... and you will pay the same rate of taxation on them as if you had earned an extra ten thousand dollars Canadian.

I hope he makes progress with the homeless problems in Toronto. I haven't read his ideas completely, but I think homelessness comes down to drug abuse addiction problems and mental health problems. So, I'm glad to see that this proposal lists those in its table of contents.

Will world peace begin with immigrants from many nations who go to Canada and find out ways to address the root causes of the conflicts that were going on in the nations that they left?

I am hopeful that this will be the case, for example, immigrants to Canada from the Middle East may be able to turn the world away from the Al Gore Carbon Tax Theory and the Bill Gates, "Innovation to zero" emissions theory, and instead adopt the more down to earth approach to Climate Change advocated in the Jewish, Islamic and Christian scriptures as well as by a New Mexico biologist and coach.

Here is an ancient Islamic prediction that sounds like a brilliant response to both the threat of rising ocean levels... as well as to the Economic Crisis that it appears some influential people seem to want to occur.

“This will do a number of things. First, it will increase the moisture in the desert soil so that it will develop water tables and water will begin to run in the streams. This water will increase the amount of vegetation in the area and decrease the amount of heat being generated by sun light cooling the watered area and all areas down wind of the watered area. As more available water evaporates, it will cool the air and reflect more sun light back out into space cooling the area even more. Cooler and more humid air will have less of a heating effect on areas down wind and will reflect more sun light back into space in those areas cooling areas we won't be watering yet. Cooler and more humid air will also have less of a warming effect on our seas and oceans.”

“Rain water running off of cooler soil will decrease the heating effect on our oceans and our planet crusts which will decrease catastrophic storm activities for other areas and seismic activity for the entire planet. Also, returning more ocean water to the surface and aquifers of our continents will lower the sea levels providing more usable land for us to farm and build on.”

“With cooler desert areas and increasing vegetation, less water will evaporate from our deserts increasing the amount of surface water even more and increasing the amount of vegetation and animal life by huge amounts because deserts currently take up more than 20% of our land surface. Populations will be able to spread out and there will be less competition for existing land areas.”

“This strategy has to be done in steps with the first step being to begin slowing the rate at which our global warming is increasing. We need to focus on that until we have brought it to a point to where the temperature is not increasing any more and is reasonably stable. While we are doing this, we need to come to a global consensus of just how cool we want to cool our planet down to. If we cool it down too much, we will begin to have devastatingly harsh winters in large populated areas and even cause an ice age to set in.”

“Then we begin cooling the planet down to a point which will be most beneficial for all countries or the planet as a whole. We need to gradually bring the temperature down because there may be a lag effect in which the planet will continue cooling after we stop increasing our efforts to cool it off more. We may even want to stop cooling the planet once or twice before we reach our targeted temperatures to see if there is a lag effect…”

I am almost certain that it was 1999 when a buddy of mine gave me a book on MSM, nutritional sulphur.

I gave it a try and essentially every word in the book was verified that related to my own situation.
