I dislike it for that reason. I think immediately after Israel's victory in the 1967 Six Day War the non Christian Palestinians should have been deported, and the land Israel conquered should have been formally annexed.
It's a great deal. Liberals focus on Israel as the chief problem in the middle east, when most middle eastern countries are fighting Iran and it's factions. The deal signifies that Israel and other Arab states do have common interests and that they should focus on that and not 40 years of failed attempts.
But it really doesn't. Israel has no intentions of annexing the land they agreed not to annex in the agreement. That was a gimme from Israel so that the UAE could show that it got something from the deal other than agreeing that Iran is the main problem.
