American terror plots since 9/11: Muslims vs. Non-Muslims

Say that you are for the Religious Right then. However oppressive you think that organization is, it's pretty much the same as even moderate Muslims. If you're for Muslims then you should also be for the religious right. Look up the beliefs of both religious systems. You'll see they are somewhat similar.

Or tell me what you have against the religious right that you don't think your understanding of Islam has.

What is the solution then? I get tired of hearing "Ohh we're tired of this", but what do you plan to do? Kill all Muslims? Kick them out of the country??? Whats your course of action...

Well I think the first step is to simply acknowledge it instead of pretending it's not happening. Then the next step would be to not tolerate it. As in - if we hear you preach hate in a mosque we are going to shut the thing down. That's it.

Would the same be true for Churches? Nevermind the violation of freedom of speech, which puts us on the road to fascism. I want to know would the same apply for Churches?

 

I'd be fine for that. Also it's not freedom of speech it's threats and they should be taken seriously. I can't go up to a women and say 'i'm going to rape you tonight in your house' Can I?

 

"Threats" and "hate" are two completely different things. Saying "I'm going to rape you" is a threat. Saying "You god sucks, my god is better" which is what goes on in Church every Sunday is hate. I've never been to a Mosque, so I don't know what they do, but if they are threating people, which I doubt that operation needs to either be shutdown or regulated.

 

Where on earth did you come up with kill muslims? WTF are you people thinking. The investigation is about routing out terrorism, and it resides in the muslim culture. Would you go hunting elk in the middle of the ocean? (*)(*)(*)(*) no, you go where the elk are.

The terror is coming from islam, it has been al qaeda's plan all along, to divide our nation, that is the oldest and most effective form of warfare on planet earth.

The only difference in Muslim terrorism and Christian terrorism, is that Muslim terrorism is front page headline news. Christian Terrorism is one the 47th page.

 

Had it been discovered that he had been motivated by the ideology promoted by some group, I certainly wouldnt be upset if congress held hearings to investigate the radicalization of individuals by that group.

1. Treatment towards women. Both the RR and Islam wish to control women's bodies. You go and find me how many Muslim males are pro choice lol

2. Treatment towards Gays - Both RR and Islam are against it. However while the RR doesn't like displays of it, Muslims generally have outlawed homosexuality altogether

3. Views toward God - Islam doesn't allow converts to leave the church. You can't do it. It's illegal.

4. War - Both are very much pro war


except in each one of these cases, your average Muslim is way more hardcore than your average bible belt christian.
