I guess those American rapper are lying.
I personally have a conspiracy theory. I believe most muling comes in over the Mexican border and I believe DC is well aware of it. The war on drugs is propaganda to keep people opposing legalization because they are cashing in. I believe in exchange for letting the drugs come over the border occasional tips are given to the right people where huge cash seizure is the financial perk for letting most traffic pass through. DC isn't very concerned about the crime because the crime is almost always confined. It doesn't travel to the burbs. Collateral damage is poor black people in exchange for big bucks. Blacks are slinging dope, they aren't manufacturing or muling it.
I gave you some very imtimate details about things only one in the know would be privy to. I care very, very much about addiction and the utter heart wrenching pain it brings to addicts and their loved ones. I have acknowledged participation in the problem by whites, Mexicans, and blacks.
Around Atlanta there are plenty of counties that are primarily white but most have a confined black population residing primarily around older parts of town where the projects are and poorer surrounding neighborhoods. In Coweta County (where I live), it is downtown Newnan just outside both sides of the square. I could even give you addresses of numbers to call surrounding gas stations and you yourself can call and ask them about the paraphernalia I mentioned. Then you could call other gas stations outside that area and inquire. There is not a whole lot of violence in the area, and when there is, it is black on black. There are a lot of arrests though that send young black males to prison for a very long time. They are exposed to this culture from a very young age and can make a lot of money doing it. They know the risks, but most don't have other options to support themselves or their kids. Most of these usually young black males have big dreams and are not anything like most people imagine. They are nice and funny and personable. Many of them start selling when they are young because they see how lucrative it can be in a poor neighborhood. Most don't have cars and there is no public transportation-hence their limited ability to travel. They aren't very cautious and eventually get caught. Once that felony is on their record, it is positively crippling. They have no other options for making a living. I know this very up close and personal, pal. The manufacturers, mules, and those being bribed aren't suffering much. Poor black people are.
