Because obviously I have followed with great amusement the irrationality of your posting history.

Given his record of screwing his investors and the small business persons that he has dealt with that is obviously true. But he is playing in a bigger pond now and his ability to screw the entire country is still to be determined.

True. Perhaps on his second day he will do something that doesn't actually harm the American people and benefit the special interests. Not to mention disrespecting the members of our intelligence community who have died in the service of our country.

Really? Like Energy Secretary Rick Perry, who was shocked to learn last month that his department is responsible for maintaining our nuclear arsenal?

Or how about Trump's Labor Secretary, who doesn't believe that employee breaks or overtime pay should be mandatory?

He may have been able to play the electorate, but Congress won't fall for his schtick.

Don't underestimate all those #NeverTrump Republicans still in Congress. They would infinitely prefer a President Pence.

Of course they would. Trump is going to drain them.

How is Trump going to "drain" Congressmen? It's an entirely different branch of government.

It's not so black and white, nor is all lobbying evil. A lobbyist is merely someone who works on behalf of a particular group or business to get legislation passed. Sure, the Big Oil lobbysits who pay right-wing Congressmen millions to attack science are pigs, but the lobbyists who advocate for, say, children in Uganda, or for policies to decrease poverty in inner cities, are important.

His Bannon pick and exaggerating his inauguration numbers bother me. Other than that he's doing what he promised. Most of which I agree with on some level. So while I think he is capable at this time, I voted time will tell. It's only been a day. Four years to go. Don't want to jump the gun and declare him a success.

You forgot his lying about his past criticism of America's intelligence agencies. Poor guy couldn't even make two days without multiple lies or should we now call them alternative facts.

But doesn't the choice "No....I fear for my country" depend upon what country you are from?

    America?
    Cuba?
    Russia?
    Israel?
    Irak?
    Afghanistan?
    Iran?
    Saudi?

nor trolling other posters. One of the reasons why hillary got her butt handed to her even though the MSM and the Hollywood elite were doing everything possible to help her win was that she and her sycophants acted as though anyone who voted for Trump was a moron or clueless.

Not to mention, she actually basically said so much when calling American citizens "deplorables." I think that is pretty bad for a politician to start insulting the American people, taxpayers, who pay HER salary. Getting into it with the other candidates is one thing, insulting the American people is quite another.

that twit has been plotting to be president since the days she was wearing a training bra. And most Americans saw that. everything she has "accomplished" was based on whom she was married to which of course one of her major calculations. she stood by her cheatin husband for years because she knew without his charisma, her aspirations for power would go no where given she's got the personality of roadkill sitting in the hot texas son for days.

she confused earning the most powerful office in the county with "deserving it" and the only argument she could make was that She deserved it for sticking with Bill. She never made a convincing argument of earning it, but rather assumed an entitlement. and that is why she lost

I believe you have a good point. Bill Clinton lived his life hunting poontang. She had to have figured that out. Even during the Trump inauguration, she kept eyeing Bill as he was scouting for more poontang.

So getting him to the top set gave her the idea she earned it.

She might get it the next time. Say when she is in her high 80s?

    - - - Updated - - -

She also kept stumbling with SS agents clinging to her to keep her appearing to stand.

I think her career as a politician on a national level is pretty much toast. she hasn't aged well and she TWICE has lost two big elections everyone said she should win and the only reason she beat a goofy nut like Bernie was that the game was stacked in her favor. People should have realized she was damaged goods when she lost to a guy with a paper thin resume like Obama and then getting whacked, smacked and stacked by The Donald was pretty much the perma-beatdown from which there is no recovery

Before the election this time, I had posted a reminder to them that the nonqualified dude had beat her up pretty soundly.

Obama never did a thing to make me think he could be a good president. And it took him 8 years to prove it.

Obama's election was maybe the first presidential election that I can remember (I go back to LBJs-I was five but I still remember the election and by 72 I was a hard core political junkie) that so many of his supporters didn't seem to care nor argue that he would be a good president. Lots of people wanted " a black president" and that was what mattered to him-and it was not just black folks. I know lots of Trustafarians and Mercedes Marxists who voted for Obama to prove to themselves they really aren't racists.
