I know of a fella who was very against owning a gun. He hated them with a passion. He kept a wooden baseball bat in his home for protection.
One evening two black men broke in his home, he was beaten with his own bat.
Had both his legs broken and forearm.
They robbed him good.
Today he owns a Rossi .38 special revolver. Took the training course, and legaly carries concealed.
