It is one thing to demand the 'truth'- it is another thing to post lies(travel to Pakistan being banned) and speculation that is intended to smear(college applications). You clearly aren't interested in the 'truth'- you are looking for dirt on Obama. You have repeatedly been shown to be posting outright lies to further your agenda. Nobody can take your whining about the 'truth' creduously when you are so cavalier about the truth yourself.

.

Now that is a legitimate question.

Like all Birthers- you start from a position of opposing the President politically and then build on speculation, innuendo and lies to smear his past.

Lay out why you oppose the President's policies- that is rational and legitimate.

Spreading lies and innuendo about his supposed 'hidden' past is just at the best looney and at the worst blatant political propaganda.
Ok jeff, his past is hidden but you refuse to acknowledge that fact. fine, lets move on.

so please list the things that he has done that merit a second term. specifics please, no genaralities like, worked for the common good.

Shall I lay out the blatant falsehoods you posted once again- why not:
a) You claimed that Hilary and McCain had released their college records- in an effort to smear Obama for not releasing his. That of course was FALSE.
b) You claimed that Obama travelled to Pakistan when Americans were banned from travelling to Pakistan- that of course was FALSE.
c) You claimed that Obama travelled to Pakistan when Americans were discouraged from travelling to Pakistan- that of course was FALSE.
d) You claimed that when you are proven wrong you admit it- that has been proven to be FALSE also.

I haven't even bothered to look at every claim you have made. Those were just the obvious falsehood. I never said that you were lying when you originally posted the lies- but they were lies all the same- you never answered my repeated question: Did you post them knowing them to be false- or were you just gullible and repeating what you had read on Birther sites?

I really don't care. And since I am not black, I wouldn't be so stupid as to tell 'black audiences' what they should be thinking.

a few quick points.

1. I want gay marriage. not gay polygamy, or inter-species polygamy.
2. I want abortions to be legal but rare. I do not want to take a woman's control over her body. I oppose partial birth abortions and late trimester abortions except in extreme circumstances, but those circumstances need to be determined by doctors and patients, not by legislators or judges, imo.
3. I think free contraception is a great idea and is a sure fire money saver. Rubbers cost less than diapers.
4. Free tuition would be nice, but I understand it is not realistic. Continued Pell grants are.
5. I happen to believe the more left the supreme court is, the better it is. The more that justices view the constitution as a living document, the better for the people living under it.
6. Funny how you republicans didn't seem to care too much when Dubya drove our economy in the crapper... so I find your new found fiscal constraint a bit disingenuous.

saved the auto industry.
passed obamacare.
signed dodd-frank
repealed DADT
killed OBL.
appointed Sotomayor and Kagan to SCOTUS.

all in the face of nonstop GOP opposition

that's just off the top of my head... and even that short list is reason enough for a second term imo.

You werent' speaking to me but as a liberal- sure I will answer:
a) Gay marriage- I am for it- don't think the country is quite ready for it yet. I see it as inevitable as inter-racial marriages, and in twenty years it will be looked at in about the same way.
b) unrestricted abortion on demand: Yes- and no. I prefer safe legal abortion to women dieing due to illegal black market abortions or being available only for the wealthy who can fly to countries where it is available. I would like free contraception to reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies- I would even be for better support services for women who would prefer to carry their fetuses to term and make them available for adoption. I think abortion should be safe, the women's decision and the last resort.

At one time in most of the United States it was illegal for a black man to marry a white woman. That was changed. Yet that didn't lead ultimately to the cries that polygamy must be allowed. It is enough for me to say that two consenting adults who love each other should be allowed to be legally married.

I detest the idea of a partial birth abortion- but the very term is not even a medical term and is bandied about by abortion opponents. I am against abortion if the fetus can be viable, unless the mothers health is in danger.

Serously? Bush appointed two conservative heterosexual justices. Were you concerned about 'balance' then? What a ridiculous statement- just be honest and say you want a conservative court. I would prefer one that is not conservative- and that is probably the main reason I will vote for Obama. Romney is guaranteed to nominate more conservatives straights.

Funny you should mention that- gay couples tend to be more financially secure than heterosexual couples. The economy is recovering and will continue to recover- regardless of who is elected.

making social issues your priority seems kind of short sighted.
Why should we move on when you post another falsehood? If you want to discuss serious issues about Obama thats great- but dont' go around posting another falsehood and then tell me to ignore it.

I will point out again that the falsehoods you have laid out- all trying to prove your false premise that Obama's past is hidden
a) You claimed that Obama has hidden his college records- then posting a lie that McCain and Hilary had released their college records.
b) You claimed that Obama has a hidden past about traveling to Pakistan posting a lie that travel to Pakistan was banned at that time.

You want to stop being challenged about your falsehoods- stop making them.

I will add only that Obama campaigned in 2008 on the promise to pursue terrorist enemies of the United States whereaver they are- and he has done so- with special ops attack teams and drone attacks. I think that is the best strategy that has been used so far.

That and his possible Supreme Court appointees is why I will vote for Obama instead of Romney. I am not thrilled with Obama but given my choice- I pick him over Romney.

your state will vote for obama no matter what you do or I say. So enjoy your life in Pelosi ville. enjoy living in a state that is financially broke due to the liberalism that you support. enjoy living in a state that is losing industry because they are being taxed to death.

liberalism, both financial and social, always fails. always has, always will. your state is a perfect example of failed liberalism. but the ignorance of liberals continues unabated.

there must be something to that defective liberal gene theory.

the voters in the midwestern auto industry states who will win this election for Obama have a different view.

we'll have to agree to disagree.

sometimes, you say stuff that makes it seem as if you are dumber than a sack of hair... the housing crash happened in 2008. Dodd-Frank did not pass until July of 2010. You clearly don't know what the fu@k you are talking about.

we'll have to agree to disagree on that as well

Bush hardly ever even THOUGHT about OBL anymore... by his own admission. Obama promised to get him and he got him. Bush cannot say that.

you and I have two different views of the role of the Supreme Court. Are you surprised that we would have different views about justices therein? I think Scalia, Alito, and Thomas are all toads. I'll bet you don't. imagine that.

Not Obama's fault.... and oddly enough, the government seemed to get along OK without a budget. How do they DO that?

That you are obsessed with whether or not a Supreme Court justice is a lesbian or not and that you apparently consider it a disqualifying factor is more a statement about you than anything else.

Ah lovely. Since I have revealed the lies you have posted to descredit Obama, you are now reduced to attacking the entire State of California. We aren't broke yet- but yes our budget is a total mess.

Liberalism has always failed? Our greatest prosperity occured during era's with the highest tax rates. I am pleased with the successes of Liberalism: allowing women to vote, allowing people to have birth control, child labor laws, social security, National Parks, Medicare for our elderly, the Clean Air Act, etc.

And I would say that obsessing whether or not a supreme court justice is a lesbian is an example of that 'defective conservative gene therapy'.

I don't consider being a lesbian a disqualifying factor, but have you ever seen a conservative lesbian? Sure, there may be one or two, but the majority are raving liberals.

Liberalism is the disease that I want to prevent from infecting the supreme court.

wrong again by little SFO friend. allowing women to vote was a bipartisan act, birth control has never been banned by anyone but the catholic church, our govt has never banned birth control, child labor laws were bipartisan, social security was a liberal act, we agree on that. whether it was good or bad is subject to much debate. national parks bipartisan, medicare bipartisan, clean air--does anyone want dirty air?

you are a piece of work, you think that being conservative means that we don't want women voting, want dirty air, want 12 year olds working in coal mines, and want old people to be thrown off the cliff.

and you accuse me of being biased----------------LOL

of course right wingers are ignorant. They don't know that America is already owned by the wealthy. The six heirs to the Walmart estate have more wealth than the bottom 30 percent of the nation! Income inequality has become so bad in America, we need this to change.

Hey cajun.... Why don't you explain to us how the effects of Dodd-Frank were able to travel back in time from the summer of 2010 and somehow cause the housing crisis of 2008?

You were the one who labeled them as a left wing lesbian. I somehow manage normally manage to call Scalia a conservative without calling him a flaming heterosexual conservative justice.

You made it about her lesbianism.

You chose to.
