You're still obsessing over your Hillary. Please let it go. Her winning the popular vote by 2.9 million was not relevant to the electoral college determinant. Her critics never being able to contrive a single indictment against her after years of desperately trying relegates her to yesteryear.

Move on. It's a happenin' time on Capitol Hill this week, and your fixating on the past is not good for you. Brace yourself for the present!

Biden Could Be Forced To Testify In Trump Senate Impeachment Trial

Gosh, I hope so. For weeks Trump has said that Biden has done some terrible things. Trouble is, he has never said what they are. If Biden is called as a witness, this will get cleared up.

Which, of course, is why he won't be called.

Articles of impeachment will never make it to the House floor for a vote, let alone to the Republican Senate for a trial.

If Biden really did this then he would be unfit for being President. If Biden didn't do it then it would go nowhere with the AG. He's already testified on video.

Are you really sure about that?

It is just that, when Impeachment reaches The Senate there will be ZERO Chance of Conviction.:flagus:

Your attempted diversion fails. There is no suggestion that Joe Biden has any insights into Trump's attempt to extract a "favor" from a foreign government, withholding vital aid until it slimed a political rival, so would not be a relevant witness in the impeachment inquiry.

Nor is their any evidence of Biden's corruption, but if the vast investigative and law enforcement resources of the Trump regime, Ukraine, of China ever were to find evidence of such, the Trump Justice Department should enforce the law, of course.

Biden should have kept his mouth zipped. This was a very real conflict of interest for Biden. The prosecutor Biden wanted fired, was conducting raids of the home of Hunter's boss. Investigating a very rel conflict of interest for possible corruption, is what we should be doing. But instead, the left is distraught over investigation of possible corruption. Only in the world of TDS, does investigation of corruption become wrong.

Then again, the entire world would not be focused on the shady Biden deals with Ukraine and China, if the stupid whistleblower had not opened his mouth.

You cannot get more personal than using your money and influence to help your kid get ahead. You don't think Lori Loughlin using her influence to get her kid into USC was personal?

Nevertheless, Professor, as you know, all that the Democrat majority needs in the House is the most votes, and then they can impeach Trump for any reason imaginable, whether it makes any sense or not.

All we have at the moment is hearsay, personal opinions, and people speculating and inferring about what they think Trump might have said, or what they think his motivations might have been. You cannot impeach a president on speculative personal opinions.

We'd have impeached every president every to serve, if we could impeach them by finding deepstaters who disagreed with their decision making, or thought they were acting in a way that was unethical or immoral, and using he said, she said hearsay.

We did not elect these administrative pukes to give us their personal opinions about the president or recollections of what they think he said or did.

... and, for the 101st time, there are none so blind as those who will not see....

Who benefited from ol' Joe's arrogant, strong-armed power play to get that prosecutor fired in Ukraine? Was it JOE's OWN FLESH-AND-BLOOD? Oh, but there's nothing "personal" about that...? None so blind as those who WILL not see.... :psychoitc:

Good advice: send Geriatric Joe, garrulous mouth and all, off to retirement somewhere out of sight, and suggest he take his 'brood' with him. Then, search among your ranks of Democrats and see if you can find one -- just ONE -- who could be just 1/10th as good a president as John F. Kennedy started out to be! If you can do that, you'll probably win in 2020 easily....

As JFK "started out to be" indeed. JFK was a serial abuser of presidential powers, using the office of the president to harass and spy on his US political opponents. Then LBJ continued in his footsteps by abusing the office of president.

Yep, I am sure. They have painted themselves into a corner. If they actually impeachment that goes to the Senate, Schiff's approval rule won't apply. No doubt they will subpoena Joe and Hunter Biden, Chris Heinz and Devon Archer. So they can let impeachment die in the House or throw their front running candidate under the bus for 2020. I would imagine Ukrainians justice people are busy getting Burmisa paperwork together as we speak. Right now Biden is ahead by quite a bit in the polls over other Democrats. Sending it to the Senate so they can grill Biden can only help Trump get re-elected. You know Joe, he a loose cannon when he talks off the teleprompter.

Well, I wasn't trying to pick a quarrel with you, but in truth I don't know anything about JFK being "a serial abuser of presidential powers", although it was rumored that the big crime bosses were terrified of JFK and his brother, Bobby, also. I was well aware of LBJ arrogantly and repeatedly running roughshod over everyone he hated, though. And Obama...? I don't know of many WORSE abuses of presidential powers than those involved in the aggregated, out-and-out LIES he told in launching his 'Obamacare' on us. Hint: I'm still waiting for that mythical first year's healthcare savings of $2,500 that Obama said we'd get each and every year afterwards under what turned out to be his stinking, lying SCAM.

I admired the way that JFK stood up to the Soviet Union, both in Europe, and in Cuba. And, if he hadn't been murdered, it is doubtful that this country would have ever gotten involved in the Vietnam War. THAT fiasco was LBJ's 'baby', put into high-gear with his own out-and-out LIES about "the Gulf of Tonkin incident". But, I digress....

Was JFK perfect? No... and neither was the other president I admired so very much -- Ronald Reagan. But, compared with what Democrats are offering the American people today, either of them would be orders of magnitude better.

How does Lori Loughlin fit into any of this. All accusations, no evidence.

If you need to believe that all the Trump-controlled investigative and law enforcement resources, those of Ukraine, and those of China, have been unable to uncover any evidence to indict Trump's political rival, or that they have but are suppressing it for inexplicable reasons, that is what you can claim, of course.

If there is any evidence of criminality, it is the obligation of the Trump Justice Department to initiate legal action. Please let me know if they ever do.

I believe the democrats and the left will be sorely disappointed when this is all over. Just like they were at the end of 2 yrs of Mueller.

Schiff and his overzealousness and lack of candor in ANYTHING will eventually come to bear on the proceedings and the end result.

Sorry Liberals Trump will remain in office
