IVANKA ALONE! That's what you said. I stand by my comment. Spew your lies to someone else or source it....you can't!

"The bulk of Ivanka Trump’s assets — more than $50 million worth — was contained in a trust that holds her business and corporations. That trust generated over $5 million in revenue last year."

    https://www.cnbc.com/2018/06/12/dis...ivanka-trumps-wealth-and-debt-have-risen.html

I can also shove the actual public disclosure in your face if you need it.

Ivanka's income was $1.5M for 2018. A far damn cry from your allegation.

Who cares how much Queen Invanka made? This thread is about Trumpery's attempt to remove anyone who will not ascribe to his corruption from government.

In view of Fiona Hill's testimony it seems the next logical witness for the House to call is John Bolton. Assuming he agrees to testify, and assuming he tells the truth, he will implicate President Bonespurs in the scheme to extort Zelensky. Which in turn will cause Trumpette's to claim Bolton's testimony is nothing more than revenge against the Orange Turd.

Unfortunately for them, his testimony will be consistent with what we've been hearing from all the other witnesses.

They refuse to follow the mission of the current executive, they need to go. They serve at the pleasure of the president, not the other way around. Everyone in the government appointed by Obama or his drones needs to be out of the Trump government. Hillary corrupted State beyond reason, and nobody with a brain would want any of her drones working for the people...

I have no problem with that statement as far as it goes. But in this instance the "mission" included illegal activities.

Mere speculative accusations by the political enemies of the president. There is no evidence of such, nor could such evidence be found to be untainted due to the biased House committees conducting said investigations...

The cult of Trumpery is based upon a mindless "Everyone is being mean to the cry baby messiah!" paranoia that has metastasized to include Democrats, most Americans who disapprove of Fake Don, the majority of Americans who support his impeachment, the media, pollsters, apolitical, dedicated government professionals, academics, scientists, ordinary folks who think that cheating with bimbos behind the backs of trophy wives is not particularly admirable or wholesome, even when you hire a "fixer" to pay them to keep their mouths shut, and conservative Republican lawyer George Conway who makes him sputter a lot.

In a display of magnanimity, Attorney Conway has offered legal advice to Trump's goofball consigliere:

    THE REPLICANT PUTSCH

You are most likely exchanging "over the head" of your interlocutor.

Most Replicants on this forum, I find, haven't the slightest notion of how the law should apply as regards the presidency. Or elsewhere - but elsewhere the interpretation is difficult depending upon the law's level in the political hierarchy.

The Supreme Court knows very well their place in the legal firmament of the nation. They would never undertake a case that affects the legal entity of either of the two other political bodies* as defined in the Constitution - that is, the PotUS or both Chambers of Congress.

Believe it or not, this rule is a fundamental goodness that goes back to our Founding Fathers who had a damn-good idea of what centralization of power meant - having booted the King of England out of HIS COLONY.

Dumbfounded, some Americans are in a blind-love with "their PotUS" because they think "he should shake things up to get THEIR WAY!" Which is a Rightist-chant for supremacy of the Great Leader whom THEY elect having manipulated the election process by Gerrymandering and within the EC!

Historians of America will call this episode one day, the Replicant Putsch" - the name given to any attempt to manipulate the democratic will-of-the-people as determined uniquely by the Popular-vote. (Right, Left or Center) ... !

*PS: For those who don't remember their Civics Class: Understand that the nation is based politically-and-legally upon a triumvirate. Not just an "Executive Head" - like any business.

    Meaning what? This:
*That the rules of election for the PotUS must be changed (by Amendment to the Constitution) to negate the "winner-takes-all-EC-votes" clause of the Electoral College! Which is abusive of the right of all the people to express (by means of their individual-vote) their collective preference for a presidential candidate.
*The EC must report back to both Chambers of Congress ONLY THE POPULAR-VOTE obtained within their state. Congress will then announce the nation's Popular-vote Winner of the Presidency.
*That any such fundamental change in the Constitution must come by means of the popular-vote and not just "Congress" or the "Supreme Court". Meaning further that the Constitutional change (to Amendment 12) should be voted by the American people as a whole (see Foot-Note below.).

FN: If the American people do not pass the Amendment-change then they deserve that the present voting-system in the EC manipulates the popular-vote to favor a particular party in a basically two-party system voting for the presidency.

May I suggest that the larger problem (at least in the US) is that death-taxes are far too easy to avoid. Like income-taxation where above a certain sum then a confiscation tax should be effected.

    Post Scriptum:
*I apologize for quoting the entire article, which I dislike doing. But, the site of the article's origin has decided that you can read the title, but not the text if you have you "adblocker" on. Which I do with great pleasure given my fundamental right to avoid publicity that I DO NOT WANT TO READ THAT INFESTS THE INTERNET!
*We have (supposedly) freedom-of-speech in America, but not freedom-from-publicity that interferes with our freedom-to-read any public-material that appears on the Internet! Web-sites can always exact an entry-fee if they wish to do so.
But, then, down-down-down goes their readership!

In both instances, the above mentioned payments were made from wealth that is inherited or pre-death given to children.

Whyzzat? Because that is the way America's taxation system works.

Is it unfair? You betcha! These people rarely "work" to develop the sources of such immense wealth. They are, for the most part, simply financial investments that are "gifted" to them by parents both before and after death.

Which is the principle reason why America has such a high distortion of Income Fairness - in fact, the worst of any developed country on this planet. (See here Comparative Income Unfairness Chart.)

    MY POINT?

Yes! That income chart shows escaped-taxation, and had there NOT BEEN any escaped-taxation, then the US might be able to afford a lower National Debt?

Or perhaps, along with reducing the DoD-budget, more money spent on getting 40 million Americans out of an lifetime-incarceration below the Poverty Threshold, or -

How about a National Healthcare Service that will prolong your lifespan?

Nah, the rich get richer and the rest of us can go to ....

Actually, the transcript of the Zelensky call is evidence of a crime committed by your Dear Leader. Something we know about only due to the bravery of a civil servant...........the whistleblower.

Here's another instance of a civil servant, in this case George Kent, being sidelined in order to marginalize career diplomats critical of the extortion scheme. All the pieces of this puzzle are coming together.

White House directed ‘three amigos’ to run Ukraine policy, senior State department official tells House investigators

"George Kent, the deputy assistant secretary of state responsible for Ukraine, told House investigators he was instructed to “lay low,” focus on the five other countries in his portfolio and defer to Volker, Sondland and Perry — who called themselves the “three amigos” — on matters related to Ukraine, Rep. Gerald E. Connolly (D-Va.) told reporters Tuesday. Kent took that as a sign, Connolly added, that having been critical of the plan he was being pushed aside “because what he was saying was not welcome” at high levels of the government.

Mulvaney’s meeting, which Kent told lawmakers took place on May 23, according to Connolly, was just days after the administration recalled Marie Yovanovitch from her post as U.S. ambassador to Ukraine. Yovanovitch spoke to House investigators last week about the campaign against her, which she and other former diplomats have said was organized by President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudolph W. Giuliani."

Bollocks! They show up at an office, and that's all.

Not only the Trump kids but Ivanka's husband as well inherited his real-estate fortune.

They are all Silver-spoon Babies ...

From Sondland's opening statement, making it clear Yovanovitch was not fired for cause:

"I worked with Ambassador Yovanovitch personally during my first official visit to Ukraine in February 2019, and I found her to be an excellent diplomat with a deep command of Ukrainian internal dynamics, the U.S.-Ukraine relationship, and associated regional issues. She was a delight to work with during our visit to Odessa, Ukraine. I was never a part of any campaign to disparage or dislodge her, and I regretted her departure."

    A DECENT PLACE TO LIVE

What, ever, did we expect from Donald Dork? Leadership? (He could not find his way out of a wet paper-bag.)

Intelligence? He's not dumb. But he is afflicted with a narcissism. Which you may not care to believe - so see here from Psychology Today:
Malignant Narcissism: Does the President Really Have It? - excerpt:
So, is he indeed a "monster". Well, no. That word is an exaggeration. But, then, so is Trump. He wanted the presidency to prove to himself and to the world that he was capable of winning it. It was a game to be won.

He did not win. He actually lost the popular-vote election. Which makes no difference in America, because the Electoral College can warp any outcome. But, that is not the point. (Here, today, but it is a key matter for the country eventually.)

The point here is that the man is not only clearly a deception, but if he is not removed in the upcoming election, he can become a very dangerous individual as his sickness exacerbates. After the euphoria of a recovery from the Great Recession (that began in fact during the Obama Administration in 2014) signs show that the US will diminish seriously its future economic growth and possibly the worst outcome could be a minor recession.

On a larger more profound evolutionary scale fundamental changes must be made to its economy. (Two of which I keep harping upon are a National Healthcare System and Free Tertiary Education.) These changes are fundamental to (1) creating of America a fair and equitable market-economy with a decent lifestyle for all and not just some; and (2) assisting the country confronting the challenge of a fundamental change from the Industrial to the the Information Ages.

Which is the more important? Neither. Both are central components to making the country for all a decent place to live and love life ...

Unless they have managed to get their hands on Uncle Sam's money-expenditure (elsewhere), Ivanka & Husband have foregone any salary.

And that info is in the public domain: These are the 22 highest-paid staffers in the Trump White House

    Excerpt:
    .
They get free rides on "Trump Force 1", however. (Yes, that's what some actually call it! ;^) ...

*The highest salary ($158K) goes to an AJ Berkowitz noted as "DEPUTY ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT AND ADVISOR TO THE SENIOR ADVISOR". (How do you like that for White House double-talk?)
