    Trump has settled many times as well for many things, I guess that can happen when it's so very obviously a slam dunk court case

    so comparing it to all the cases Trump settled, Trump supporters must feel the same... right

    fact is, cnn reported the news as it appeared to be, latter new information surfaced, and they updated their reporting, they settled to make it go away

    their mistake was not saying 'allegedly'.... otherwise every criminal case ever reported would be a libel case waiting to happen if found not guilty

    we will never know if it was considered libel as the case was settled without going to trial, did CNN admit to libel?

    my guess is they gave him cash without admitting any guilt and in return he agreed to a gag order to not talk about it... just my guess

    where you been, a second video was later released and showed more details, there was a group of black racists that instigated all this, that was not in the first video that only showed what came later

    the fact is, this was a child, they jumped the gun, and they settled as it was a child and looks bad for them, even if they would win in the end, they just wanted this to go away

    both sides win, the kid gets some money and cnn ends this case

    we live in a world where we want real time news, that comes with risks, as in this case

    I'm sure they libeled him or CNN's lawyers would have told his to bugger off. Settling =s guilt in the court of public opinion.
