Obama's father was a foreign student in this country on a student visa.. that means he was under the jurisdiction of the US.

Bobby Jindal's parents were working in the US and under US jurisdiction.

Owing allegiance, means that you would be a foreign diplomat.

Everyone else in the US is under US jurisdiction.. Foreign law does not apply in the USA.

The courts are in place to interpret and define the law as they see fit-which is why points of law are argued and discussed. How many idiotic birther claims have already been thrown out of the courts? I suspect there will be a few more before they get fed up with being humiliated.
