Also, I didn`t say not passing the first time was bad. I clearly said many successful lawyers have taken 2or even 3 tries. The guy I am talking about had to take it 7 times to pass, which is literally unheard of. I am surprised one of his professors didn`t take him aside and say "your not cut out for this kid" on the fifth or sixth...
Considering he became a public speaker after only lawyering for a few years and only being a part of one big case (of which several other lawyers worked on) it appears he wasn't a very good one...
