True you're desperately trying to change the topic of the thread. Start your own, if you want to bitch about issues unrelated to the topic of this thread, which is Obama being asleep at the wheel during Russian cyberattack efforts last year, not how much you hate Trump.

I'm not convinced the DNC server was hacked by Russians, or that Russians played any role in the Wiki publication of the stolen emails. None of the "17 intel agencies" were given access to the DNC server. Crowdstrike presented a PAID OPINION as evidence of Russian involvement. If Dems weren't so fond of obstruction they wouldn't be subjected to so much skepticism.

I agree. It's a serious issue that needs to be addressed. I do feel that President Obama should've doffed that spirit of bi-partisanship a LONG time ago. He should have made the threat that the Russians held against US elections pretty clear. Of course the right would have demonized him for "interfering" with the election, but as we know, they will demonize him no matter what he does.

The Obama team was too busy spying on opponents, misusing power to attack opponents, hiding their own criminal conduct, and trying to manipulate the election to worry about anyone else doing it.

I have my doubts that the DNC server was actually hacked. Their behavior in the wake of that alleged crime certainly supports that.

I do not doubt that there were Russian efforts to interfere with everything we do, including the election of 2016.

I also have no doubt that Obama and his Mighty 17 Intell Agencies completely failed in their duty to the American people while simultaneously wiretapping their political opponents.

That clear it up for you?

So if they always interfere and didn't accomplish much how can you blame obama? And why is trump still cozying up to them? Is he doing anything about 2018?

You accused me of abandoning Republican ideology, and I am informing you of what a true Republican is. Trump is not a true Republican, and Obama did nothing illegal, immoral, or fattening.

You are joking, right? He has less experience than any POTUS in history. He has business experience and has been bankrupt 7 times. He has no international experience, and our allies are laughing at his treatment of leaders overseas. He is losing jobs as you read this. Carrier is laying off 600 workers and the union head has said that Trump is full of sht in so many words. Boeing is laying off 1300 workers. Ford agreed not to build in Mexico. Instead they are going to produce the popular Ford Focus in China. Coal production is short lived and has been surpassed by clean fuel. Every foreign leader that visited him is impressed? Because they smile while in his presence? Sure, the dictators love him, and why not? He has no respect for our 3 equal branches of government, and wants to be a dictator like them. These dictators won't help him in fighting our enemies, and the EU has been on board long before Trump's mouth got in the way of his brains when dealing with them. They may not be willing to support his warlike tendencies in the future, and then what? I know. He will ask that thug from the Philippines for help, a guy who can't help himself. Trump is unqualified for this office.

What's flawed in the OP? The Russian hacking that was discovered early on happened long before the emails were stolen from the DNC server. As the intel agencies were able to examine all the other attempted points of entry, I have no reason to doubt those conclusions. The Russians certainly provided the DNC with a convenient scapegoat, but honestly it may even have been the 3 IT cotractors that are currently under investigation for stealing data.

What a crock of nonsense. Trump has LESS domestic and international experience than any POTUS in history. As a businessman,He has been bankrupt 7 times according to Warren Buffet. He is losing jobs as you read this. US coal production is short lived, since it has been long surpassed by clean energy and will prove to be very expensive to be cleaned up. Carrier is laying off 600 workers and the union chief doesn't have very nice things to say about Trump. Boeing is laying off 1300 workers. Ford agreed not to open a factory in Mexico. Instead they are opening that factory in China. Every dictator that has met him is impressed alright, since he sure knows how to toss BS around, but they can't support him in his wars. He wants to be just like them, believe me. The EU has been supporting the US with troops, planes, etc. They are democracies, and they have been our ally forever, and he has insulted them as his mouth continues to get in the way of his brains. They make fun of him at their conferences, and may not be willing to send troops and planes in the future. know what? Maybe he can ask that thug from the Philippines for help, but that creep can't help himself.
Obama? He didn't do enough for sure, and his reasoning was that Trump would accuse him of trying to influence the election, and
Obama wanted stay out of the fray. Finally Trump acknowledges Russian interference, and instead of taking responsibility by
buckling down and resolving the problem, he spends his time lambasting Obama and Clinton. He is unqualified for this office.
If you do any reading, there are several books written about Trump that you might enjoy. "The Real Donald Trump" is one of them. All of these books have the same conclusions.

You still can't prove it was Russia either, and that's my point. Jeh Johnson, and James Comey couldn't explain why the DNC refused them access. You won't admit Wiki exposed the DNC as the primary rigging, campaign donor defrauding, lying cheats they are. Sanders donors have filed a $300 million dollar lawsuit alleging fraud!

Uhh... dude, you're mellowness appears to have deserted you, in your hour of need. Even stipulating the Left's bizarre conspiracy theory, which frankly we have our doubts about, all that means is that Obama colluded with this Russians through his silence and inaction.

I've always wondered what the Left thought their end-game was here, and now it is becoming very obvious that they never considered this that far.

    So, let's recap:
A zillion affidavits from DC/NY establishment types attesting to Robert Mueller’s impeccable integrity are not going to make us un-see the fact that he’s carrying water for an establishment that thinks we need to just shut up and obey. We know why we elected Trump, and it had nothing to do with the Russians.

Assuming the Left manages it's coup against the choice of the Electorate, what then? Mueller can’t indict Trump – because of the Constitution. Apparently his job is to say Trump "obstructed justice" in the probe of Trump's "collusion" with Russia, a complete fairy tale.

Impeachment isn't going to happen, have you looked at a political map of the US lately? It’s as red as a baseball field full of conservatives even after a Bernie Bro shows up with a rifle.

So even if you do get some squishy Republicans on board, at some point they will leave the belt-way and return to their very red districts, and their constituents are not on board with the Beltways impeachment fantasy. Being squishes, they will not take on their constituents.

What we are NOT hearing from the Trump voters, who are a majority of the Electorate:

I supported Trump, but now I don’t because his refusal to passively sit back and let a Washington insider with an obvious conflict of interest and his Democrat staff drive him out of office on the basis of a Hillary-driven lie far outweighs Neil Gorsuch, pulling out of the climate scam, beating ISIS, and repealing Obamacare.

Yeah, no, nobody is hearing that.

Similarly, no one is urging other Republicans to climb up on the Democrats’ altar and commit ritual suicide to please Democrats, and without that level of commitment from Republicans, impeachment isn't happening.

Congressmen fear their voters, and their voters are not bused-in corps of aspiring baseball diamond shooters Soros cash pays to show up at townhalls to complain that they might have to pay for their own doctor like you and I do, and they are not going to accept this attempted Coup, no matter what crooked conflicted Mueller’s report says, Trump is not getting impeached. And yes, Democrats, for the sake of all that is good, please make 2018 about impeachment. We look forward to demonstrating, yet again, that the Electorate is not the audiance of LSNBC

And yes, we would support Trump firing Mueller. His appointment violates the DOJ standard on the appointment of a SC and the Revolutionary War was fought to end the despicable practice of General Warrants. Under our system of government, you have to have probably cause that a specific crime was committed an that the person you want to investigate committed it. You don't get to make up a bunch of fairy tales and then get to investigate whoever you want for whatever you think can fit into a criminal statute based on the byzantine Federal Code. Well the MSM freak out if Trump fires Mueller? Sure. But then they are always freaking out about something or other. Or Trump can simply let him run and then use the Pardon power to make sure there are no miscarriages of justice.

The Tea Party was the first manifestation of the anger by the Electorate toward the establishment. It was polite – it even cleaned up its own messes after its peaceful protests. The media, and the same alleged conservatives who saw the Tea Party as a threat to their own position attacked the Tea Party and this led to Trump, who was not nearly as polite, and who took the White House fair and square from the designated establishment candidate. And now they want to use non-ballot means to make sure the Electorate's choice is again ignored.

And even if they succeed, who comes after Trump? Someone nice? Jeb!?

Do they think we will suddenly fall silent? Allow them to take from us, this Nation, that is OURS?

And the Left's resorting again to real political chaos and real political violence, where do they think that leads? Is that a fuse they really want to light? We all know what happens when you toss away the rule of lawdon’t do it. The Rule of Law is good.

The establishment’s desperate schemes to hold onto power despite the will of the electorate, well, it's important that the Rule of Law prevails and the Electorate wins that power stuggle, not the rejected establishment.

The left is more than willing to unleash it's stupidity and greed against the foundations of this country blind to the fact that it would collapse on top of them. "Progressives" ignore the fact that rules, norms, and customs are there to protect the weak and vulnerable as well as the elitists when the crowds gather outside their homes.

We face two choices: The rule of law or the rule of power. The rule of power means the folks with the most guns rule. Do they really think our military, vastly over-represented by Red Staters, are going to murder other Americans and risk their own lives to secure the unearned power of a bunch of Chardonnay-swilling liberals and their fakecon lackeys?

If they knew any soldiers, they would know the answer.

Before it’s too late and before you’ve done damage that can’t be undone, give up this dream of some extra-constitutional dues ex Mueller to overturn the election you lost. Turn away from this insanity before it’s too late, because down the road you are attempting to push the Nation, lies bad stuff.

But, you guys can't push Trump around, so, I suspect the tempest you are engaging in resides if a teapot.

Under a General Warrant? Yes, such procedures violate the Constitution. It's no different than if evidence is found but the procedures used to obtain it were flawed, you know, why Bill Ayers is a College Professor rather than a Prison Inmate.

You have thrown overboard the doctrine of "fruit of the poisoned tree?"

Indicting a sitting president has actually never been brought before SCOTUS. But I was referring to impeachment. You believe the GOP congress would turn a blind eye?

The SC is under DOJ regulations and they prohibit trying to indict a sitting president.

The GOP absolutely isn't going to impeach Trump, he has committed no high crimes. Even if they wanted to, the Base revolt that would result is simply not something that even the most establishment anti-Trumper has the stomach for.

You will not be able to overturn the decision of the Electorate.

So your argument is a president can't be impeached because no crime can be proven while he's still on office?
