Did enough Sanders supporters vote for Trump to cost Clinton the election?

After the fact yes there isn't much you can do after that because the recorded votes are collected at the precinct by two men one from each party and delivered to central office to be counted. Here there are also hard copies delivered to the central office at the same time under lock and key. To which the pick up driver has no key.

Having been a Sanders supporter I very much agree with your assessment. Personally I voted for Sanders in the primary and for Jill Stein in the general election.

That seems to be, in one form or another, the favorite non-reply reply from the Cult of Denial. Translation: we who voted for the Obfuscater-in-Chief do not want to discuss the possibility the Russians caused him to win (the most important unanswered question in the history of the country), we just want to deny it could have happened and move on.
The answer may be unknowable. But as a nation we should be doing everything possible to figure it out. As uncomfortable as it may be, the Cult of Denial should want to know the answer............but they clearly do not.

I have no idea but the few Liberals in my family supported Bernie and hated Hillary. Yet instead of wasting their time, they didn't vote at all.

All politics is local. They have decent jobs and that's what matters most. Most people could care less if Trump says something stupid. Most people aren't in hysterics claiming the sky is falling. They are just earning a living and taking care of their family.

 

In other words they are failing in their civic responsibility. Democracy requires effort if it is to succeed.

 

Unless Russia was able to hack the voting machines and cast votes for Trump I don't see how they pulled off Trump's win over Clinton. Care to explain?
