A BUSINESS PAYS YOU. The girl in the OP PAID THE SCHOOL.

Then the school should GLADLY REFUND EVERY CENT she has invested there to this point.

I do, but whether you believe me or not is inconsequential to me.

And once again, I don't care if she had invested a million dollars in her degree. My question is why would she want to return to a place that no longer wanted her? That's all I''ve asked. Credit hours can transfer between schools you know. It's not like she was just out that investment.

Good because I don't. Not for a second given your answers.

Because if you had actually earned a Masters you would know not all hours are transferable to another college and she already paid them. They didn't refund the money.

Newly empowered people like to dish out payback. It's human nature.

You mean you don't believe me b/c I disagree with you LOL

Most are transferable. And even at that. When you attend a private college you sign a contract that states that they may remove you at any given time. I seriously doubt it was a surprise to her when they asked her to leave.

Let me ask it to you this way.

Suppose you owned a rental house and you rented out to some renters and they were good tenants always paid their rent on time etc etc. But eventually over time you realized that in actuality they were doing things that you didn't want being done on your property and you wanted to evict them. Are you out of luck, too bad because they have invested a lot of money in rent?

    Yes or no?

Don't expect any sympathy for freedom of speech or thought from the goose-stepping libs on this board.

The left is dripping with intolerance and so closed minded they would never see the problem of a university blackballing students who do not accept the homosexual agenda.

Paula Deen adds that it also doesn't mean freedom from consequences for said speech .

This student was not merely criticized.

    She was silenced.

That's the sort of action we expect in a closed society which is what the intolerant left in this country is driving for.

and so who (*)(*)(*)(*)ing cares ? Do you think the first amendment applies to anyone other than the government? If you own a business and I'm in there mouthing off, you have a right to ask me to shut up or leave, do you not?

Do you want to live in a country with only one point of view?

Apparently you and the libs at this university do.

You probably shouldn't ask somebody their opinion if you can't handle it but don't assume it will automatically be the same as yours.

The lib professor was the intellectual weakling that you describe.

He could not handle an opinion that was different from his own.

Yep! So much for stimulating the mind with interesting perspectives and differing opinions.

    more information required

was a lease signed? If so, were they in breech of any of the T's and C's? If not, you must wait until the end of the lease period and simply not renew. You still need to serve them with a "notice to quit" Sadly, they still don't need to vacate and it takes a while to be able to forcibly evict them if it comes to that.

If you're going to try and use a comparison then be sure that you understand that to which you are trying to compare.

do you want to live in a wolrd where people have no control over their business environment, how about if she went off in a movie theater preventing you from enjoying the movie?

in this case people paid the school to educate them, they did not pay her to disrupt their learning experience

    The subject is intollerance-

I have too much respect for Sec to accuse him of an anti-gay agenda or to think that his posts are all focused on putting homosexuals in a bad light.

So I have posted more examples of schools being intollerant regarding the subject of homosexuality.

Do you have anything to contribute to the topic other than attacking me and other posters?

again, how do you draw the similarity to her having a different belief about being born gay with race?
